Abstract

본 고안은 에어리스 배출펌프의 작동에 의해 용기의 내벽을 따라 위쪽으로 상승하면서 용기에 수용된 내용물이 에어리스 배출펌프의 내용물 유입구에 항상 근접하도록 피스톤을 구비한 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 피스톤의 상승 작용과 연동하여 용기에 수용된 내용물의 잔량이 표시되도록 된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 에어리스 배출 펌프; 상기 에어리스배출펌프의 작동에 따라 용기 내벽을 따라 위쪽으로 상승하면서 용기에 수용된 내용물의 수위(水位)가 에어리스 배출펌프의 내용물 유입구 근처에 위치될 수 있게 하는 피스톤; 그리고 상기 피스톤의 상승 작용과 연동되어 상기 용기에 수용된 내용물의 잔량을 표시하는 계기판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

화장품 용기{Cosmetic container}
본 고안은 에어리스 배출펌프의 작동에 의해 용기의 내벽을 따라 위쪽으로 상승하면서 용기에 수용된 내용물이 에어리스 배출펌프의 내용물 유입구에 항상 근접하도록 피스톤을 구비한 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 피스톤의 상승 작용과 연동하여 용기에 수용된 내용물의 잔량이 표시되도록 된 화장품 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 용기에 수용된 액상 또는 겔 상태의 내용물을 적당량 배출하기 위한 수단으로 에어리스 배출펌프(airless discharge pump)가 많이 사용되고 있다.
이러한 에어리스 배출펌프는 내용물을 소량씩 정확한 양으로 배출시켜 사용할 수 있으므로 고가인 기능성화장품 등에 채택되고 있다.
상기와 같은 에어리스 배출펌프는 피스톤이 더 구비되어 용기에 수용된 내용물이 항상 내용물 유입구 근처에 도달하게 된다.
즉, 용기의 내부에 장착된 피스톤이 용기의 내벽을 따라 위쪽으로 상승함에 따라 용기에 수용된 내용물의 수위(水位)가 에어리스 배출펌프의 내용물 유입구 근 처에 위치될 수 있게 되는 것이다.
하지만 일반적으로 화장품 용기는 용기의 표면에 화장품의 품명이나 제조사를 표기하거나 또는 햇빛에 의해 변질되는 것을 방지하기 위해 불투명한 소재로 이루어져 있으므로 사용자가 용기에 수용된 내용물의 잔량을 확인하기 어려운 문제점이 있다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 피스톤의 상승작용에 연동하여 용기에 수용된 내용물의 소진 상태를 알 수 있도록 된 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 에어리스 배출 펌프; 상기 에어리스배출펌프의 작동에 따라 용기 내벽을 따라 위쪽으로 상승하면서 화장품 용기에 수용된 내용물의 수위(水位)가 에어리스 배출펌프의 내용물 유입구 근처에 위치될 수 있도록 저면에 실 고정구가 포함된 피스톤을 갖는 화장품 용기에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(20)의 상승 작용과 연동되어 화장품 용기(10)에 수용된 내용물의 잔량을 화장품 용기(10) 표시하는 계기판(30); 상기 실 고정구(20a)와 상기 계기판(30) 저면부에 배치된 계기바늘(30a)과 연결되는 실(40); 상기 계기바늘(30a)에 연결된 실(40)이 감겨져 있는 귄취홈(30b); 상기 계기바늘(30a)을 탄성 지지하는 토션스프링(30c)을 포함하는 것으로 달성된다.
본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기는 사용자로 하여금 용기에 수용된 내용물의 잔량을 용이하게 파악할 수 있도록 된 효과가 있다.
이하, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 화장품 용기의 구성을 도시하는 결합구성도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 고안에 따른 화장품용기는 용기(10)와, 상기 용기(10)의 내부로 장착되는 피스톤(20)과, 상기 피스톤(20)의 상승 작용과 연동하여 용기에 수용된 내용물의 소진 상태를 표시하는 계기판(30)을 포함한다.
용기(10)의 상부에는 누름 버튼 및 토출구를 포함하는 에어리스 배출펌프(미도시)가 장착된다. 상기 에어리스 배출펌프는 당업자 누구든지 용이하게 실시할 수 있는 구성이므로 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
피스톤(20)은 용기(10) 내부의 내용물이 소진됨에 따라 용기(10)의 내벽을 따라 위쪽으로 상승한다. 피스톤(20)의 상승은 용기(10) 내부의 진공압에 의해 달성될 수도 있고, 에어리스 펌프를 작동시키는 누름 버튼과 피스톤(20)의 사이에 설치되는 피니언 기어에 의해 달성될 수 있다. 대한민국 실용신안공개번호 제20-2008-0002044(2008.06.23 공개)에 피니언 기어(Pinion gear)에 의해 피스톤이 상승되는 화장품 용기가 개시되어 있다.
계기판(30)은 용기(10)의 저면에 설치되며, 사용자가 용기(10)에 수용된 내 용물의 잔량을 확인할 수 있도록 계기 바늘(30a)을 구비한다. 계기 바늘(30a)은 피스톤(20)의 상승 작용에 연동하여 회전한다.
도 2는 도 1에 도시된 계기판(30)의 구조 및 계기판(30)과 피스톤(20)의 연결 관계를 알 수 있도록 도시된 것이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 계기판(30)에는 잔량 확인을 위한 계기 바늘(30a), 권취홈(30b), 그리고 토션 스프링(30c)이 구비된다. 한편, 상기 피스톤(20)의 저면에는 실고정구(20a)가 설치된다.
계기 바늘(30a)은 토션 스프링(torsion spring; 30c)에 의해 탄성 지지되며, 계기바늘(30a)과 실고정구(20a)는 실(40)에 의해 연결되어 있다. 계기바늘(30a)에 연결된 실(40)은 권취홈(30b)에 감겨지고, 권취홈(30b)의 타측 일단에 설치된 구멍을 통하여 빠져나와 피스톤(20)의 저면에 설치된 실고정구(20a)로 연결된다. 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 권취홈(30b)은 계기판(30)의 내부에 형성되는 속이 빈 관(duct)에 의해 형성될 수 있다.
피스톤(20)이 상승하면, 실(40)이 위쪽으로 당겨지게 되고 이에 따라 실(40)에 연결된 계기바늘(30a)이 당겨져서 회전하게 된다.
도 3은 초기 상태 즉, 용기(10)에 내용물이 충진되어 있고 피스톤(20)이 용기(10)의 바닥에 최대한 근접한 상태를 도시한다.
도 3을 참조하면, 피스톤(20)이 최대한 낮은 위치에 있으므로 실(40)은 피스톤(20)에 의해 당겨지지 않는 상태이다. 이 상태에서, 계기 바늘(30a)은 토션 스프링(30c)에 의해 탄성 지지되어 충진 상태를 표시하게 된다.
도 4는 내용물이 소진된 상태 즉, 용기(10)의 내부의 내용물이 거의 소진되어 있고 피스톤(20)이 에어리스 배출펌프의 내용물 유입구(미도시)에 최대한 근접하여 위치하는 상태를 도시한다.
도 4를 참조하면, 피스톤(20)이 최대로 높은 위치에 있으므로, 실(40)은 피스톤(20)에 의해 한껏 당겨져 있는 상태이다. 이 상태에서, 계기 바늘(30a)은 실(40)에 의해 한껏 당겨져서 소진 상태를 표시하게 된다.
충진 상태와 소진 상태의 사이의 중간 상태에서, 계기바늘(30a)의 회전량은 피스톤(20)의 상승 높이 즉, 내용물의 사용량에 비례한다. 이에 따라, 사용자는 계기바늘(30a)의 위치에 의해 용기(10)에 수용된 내용물의 잔량을 용이하게 파악할 수 있게 된다.
도 1은 본 고안에 따른 화장품 용기의 구성을 도시하는 결합구성도이다.
도 2는 도 1에 도시된 계기판의 구조 및 계기판과 피스톤의 연결 관계를 보이기 위한 상태도이다.

도 4는 내용물이 소진된 상태 즉, 용기의 내부의 내용물이 거의 소진되어 있고 피스톤이 에어리스 배출펌프의 내용물 유입구에 최대한 근접하여 위치하는 상태를 도시한 상태도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 에어리스 배출 펌프;
    상기 에어리스배출펌프의 작동에 따라 용기 내벽을 따라 위쪽으로 상승하면서 화장품 용기에 수용된 내용물의 수위(水位)가 에어리스 배출펌프의 내용물 유입구 근처에 위치될 수 있도록 저면에 실 고정구가 포함된 피스톤을 갖는 화장품 용기에 있어서,
    상기 피스톤(20)의 상승 작용과 연동되어 화장품 용기(10)에 수용된 내용물의 잔량을 화장품 용기(10) 표시하는 계기판(30);
    상기 실 고정구(20a)와 상기 계기판(30) 저면부에 배치된 계기바늘(30a)과 연결되는 실(40);
    상기 계기바늘(30a)에 연결된 실(40)이 감겨져 있는 귄취홈(30b);
    상기 계기바늘(30a)을 탄성 지지하는 토션스프링(30c)을 포함하는 화장품 용기.
