Abstract

化妆品容器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及包含活塞的化妆品容器。其中,当操作无气分配泵(airless discharge pump)时,随着该活塞沿容器内壁且在该内壁上向上升起,使得容器中盛装的内容物一直到达无气分配泵的内容物入口。更具体地,本发明涉及这样一种化妆品容器,其中,结合活塞的上升运动来表示容器中内容物的剩余量。 
背景技术
通常,采用无气分配泵以合适的量吐出容器中盛装的液体状或啫喱状内容物。 
该无气分配泵可以小且精确的量吐出内容物,并因此用于其中功能性内容物通常可能很昂贵的功能性化妆品容器。 
该化妆品容器还包含活塞,通过该活塞,容器中盛装的内容物可一直到达无气分配泵的内容物入口。 
也就是,随着安装于容器中的活塞沿着容器内壁且在该内壁上向上升起,容器中所盛装内容物的最上面高度接近无气分配泵的内容物入口。 
然而,通常化妆品的产品名称、制造商等均标在化妆品容器的外表面上,或者化妆品容器本身由不透明材料制成以使容器中盛装的内容物可不受阳光直射的影响。因此,使用者很难确定容器中内容物的剩余量。 
发明内容
技术问题
因此,基于考虑上述情况而使本实用新型概念化(形成本实用新型这个样子),并且本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结合活塞的上升运动来表示容器中内容物剩余量或内容物消耗量的化妆品容器。 
技术方案
根据本实用新型的化妆品容器包括:容器主体;安装于所述容器主体的无气分配泵;安装在所述容器主体中的活塞以及结合所述活塞的上升运动来表示所述容器主体中内容物剩余量的指示器。其中,当操作所述无气分配泵时,随着所述活塞沿所述容器主体的内壁且在该内壁上向上移动,使得所述容器主体中盛装的内容物的最上面高度到达所述无气分配泵的内容物入口。 
所述容器进一步包括:安装在所述活塞底表面上的线固定部;以及将所述线固定部与所述指示器相互连接的线,其中,随着所述活塞向上运动而向上提拉所述线时,所述指示器工作。 
所述指示器包括:指示针,其由所述线环绕拉动以致转动;绕线槽,连接到所述指示针的所述线缠绕在所述绕线槽中且沿着所述绕线槽缠绕;以及扭簧,其通过弹性方式来抑制所述指示针运动。 
所述指示器安装在所述容器主体的底表面下方。 
技术效果
根据本实用新型,使用者能够容易地确定容器中内容物的剩余量。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图对本实用新型的优选示例性实施例作出详细描述。本领域技术人员应当理解,本实用新型并非限制于示例性实施例,而是允许多种变型。 
图1为根据本实用新型的化妆品容器的分解配置图。 
参考图1,根据本实用新型的化妆品容器包括:容器主体10、安装于主体10中的活塞20以及指示器30。该指示器30结合活塞20的上升操作来表示容器主体中盛装的内容物的消耗程度。 
包含按钮和内容物喷射孔的无气分配泵(未示出)固定于容器主体10顶部上。该无气分配泵可通过本领域技术人员掌握的传统或常规方式来安装,因此在此省略对其细节的描述。 
随着容器主体10中内容物逐渐用完,活塞20沿着容器主体10的内壁且在该内壁上向上升起。活塞20的上升操作可取决于容器主体10内的真空压力。活塞20的上升操作可使用安装在活塞20与用于操作无气分配泵的按钮之间的主动齿轮(pinion gear)来带动。韩国实用新型申请出版物No.2008-0002044(公告日期:2008年6月23日)披露了使用这种主动齿轮来提升活塞的化妆品容器。 
指示器30安装于容器主体10的底表面下方,并且包括指示针或指针30a,以告知使用者容器主体10中内容物的目前剩余量。指示针30a可结合活塞20的上升运动而转动。 
图2示出指示器30与活塞20之间的连接关系以及如图1中所示指示器30的结构。 
参考图2,指示器30可包括指示针或指针30a、绕线槽30b以及扭簧30c。所述指示针或指针30a用于告知使用者内容物剩余量。并且,线固定部20a安装在活塞20的底表面上。 
指示针30a被扭簧30c以阻碍运动的弹性方式所抑制。指示针30a和线固定部20a经由线40相互连接。连接到指示针30a的线40缠入绕线槽30b中且沿着该绕线槽30b穿过绕线槽30b另一端的孔而到达安装在活塞20底表面上的线固定部20a。如图2所示,绕线槽30b可通过管 道方式下凹地形成在指示器30的盘中。 
随着活塞20向上运动,线40被向上提拉,并且转而环绕拉动连接到线40的指示针30a以致指示针30a转动。 
图3为初始状态的视图,其中容器主体10由内容物完全填充,并且因此活塞20布置成尽可能靠近容器主体10的底部。 
参考图3,活塞20位于其最低位置,并且因此线40未被活塞20向上提拉。在该状态中,指示针30a被扭簧30c以阻碍运动的弹性方式所抑制,并以此表示容器主体10的注满状态。 
图4为内容物用完状态的视图,其中容器主体10的内容物大致用尽,并且因此活塞20布置成尽可能靠近无气分配泵的内容物入口(未示出)。 
参考图4,活塞20位于其最高位置,并且因此线40被活塞20以全力向上提拉。在该状态中,指示针30a也被连接于指示针30a的线40以全力环绕拉动以致指示针30a转动,由此表示容器主体10的用尽状态。 
在注满状态与用尽状态之间的中间状态中,指示针30a的旋转量与活塞20的上升高度(即使用的内容物量)成比例。因此,通过查看指示针30a的位置,使用者可以容易地确定容器主体10的内容物剩余量。 
尽管上述内容参考了本实用新型的具体实施例,但本领域技术人员应当理解,在不背离本实用新型(本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求书限定)的原理和精神的情况下,可以对该实施例进行修改。 

Claims (4)

1.一种化妆品容器,包括: 
容器主体; 
安装于所述容器主体的无气分配泵; 
安装在所述容器主体中的活塞(20),当操作所述无气分配泵时,随着所述活塞(20)沿所述容器主体的内壁且在该内壁上向上移动,使得所述容器主体中盛装的内容物的最上面高度到达所述无气分配泵的内容物入口;以及 
指示器(30),其结合所述活塞(20)的上升运动来表示所述容器主体(10)中的内容物剩余量。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,进一步包括: 
安装在所述活塞(20)底表面上的线固定部(20a);以及 
将所述线固定部(20a)与所述指示器(30)相互连接的线(40), 
其中,随着所述活塞(20)向上运动而向上提拉所述线(40)时,所述指示器(30)工作。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的容器,其中所述指示器(30)包括:指示针(30a),其由所述线(40)环绕拉动以致转动;绕线槽(30b),连接到所述指示针(30a)的所述线(40)缠绕在所述绕线槽中且沿着所述绕线槽缠绕;以及扭簧(30c),其通过弹性方式来抑制所述指示针(30a)运动。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述指示器(30)安装在所述容器主体(10)的底表面下方。
