Abstract

本发明涉及一种泵送型化妆品容器的活塞结构，其特征在于，被构成为紧贴至容器主体内壁上的两个活塞先重叠着，在泵送动作时第一活塞先上升一定区间后，牵引位于其下部的第二活塞而第一活塞与第二活塞一起上升，从而在保持用于活塞的正常动作的厚度的同时能够缩小最初充填内容物时所占的体积，对于相同容器体积可充填相对多的内容物。

泵送型化妆品容器的活塞结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵送型化妆品容器的活塞结构，更具体来说涉及下述的泵送型化妆品容器的活塞结构，其被构成为紧贴至容器主体内壁上的两个活塞先重叠着，在泵送动作时第一活塞先上升一定区间后，牵引位于其下部的第二活塞而第一活塞与第二活塞一起上升，从而在保持用于活塞的正常动作的厚度的同时能够缩小最初充填内容物时所占的体积，对于相同容器体积可充填相对多的内容物。
背景技术
通常，泵送型化妆品容器包括：储存内容物的容器主体；活塞，其设置在所述容器主体的内侧而下部，随着内容物的吐出而上升；以及泵送装置，其结合在所述容器主体的上部，通过泵送作用使储存在容器主体内的内容物吐出。
如上所述的设置在泵送型化妆品容器中的活塞为了防止由于上升动作时容器主体的内压而翻转的现状，与容器主体的内壁接触的活塞的侧面部应确保一定高度以上的厚度，但容器主体的内部空间会被用于正常动作的活塞厚度占据很多，从而存在无法充填活塞所占空间量的内容物的问题。
为了解决这样的问题，本申请人提出了注册实用新型第20-0235847号的“分配器容器的活塞”。
所述注册实用新型是一种分配器容器，包括：储存内容物的容器部(10)；活塞(20)，其安装在所述容器部(10)，并随着内容物的排出而升降；泵送部(30)，其结合到所述容器部(10)的上端，使内容物向外部吐出，所述活塞(20)包括：内活塞(21)，其形成为包括底部(23)和侧壁(22)但上部敞开的筒形，在其上端部和下端部的外周面分别形成有锁定爪(24,25)；以及外活塞(26)，其可升降地结合到内活塞的外周面，并被构成为在其周面紧贴在容器部(10)的内壁面的状态下进行升降，当向所述容器部(10)充填内容物时，外活塞(26)位于内活塞(21)的下端部，减少容器部(10)的空余空间，但在吐完内容物后所述外活塞(26)向内活塞(21)的上端部上升，从而可减少内容物的残留量。
如上构成的注册实用新型将内活塞(21)的中央部形成为上部敞开的筒形，使得内容物可充填到内活塞(21)的内部，从而构成为可向相同体积的容器充填相对多的内容物，并被构成为在内容物吐完后外活塞(26)上升到内活塞(21)的上端部，从而可减少内容物的残留量。
但是，上述注册实用新型由于是在活塞(20)随着内容物的使用而上升时内活塞(21)的底部(23)与泵送部(30)的下端局部接触的结构，因此在外活塞(26)单独上升的区间随着泵送动作的内容物的吐出无法顺畅进行，从而存在仍会产生未被使用而丢弃的内容物的问题。
从而存在下述问题：即便可向相同体积的容器充填相对多的内容物，用户实际使用的内容物的量也没多大差别。
发明内容
技术课题
本发明是为解决上述问题而提出的，其目的在于，提供一种泵送型化妆品容器的活塞结构，其被构成为紧贴至容器主体内壁上的两个活塞先重叠着，在泵送动作时第一活塞先上升一定区间后，牵引位于其下部的第二活塞而第一活塞与第二活塞一起上升，从而在保持用于活塞的正常动作的厚度的同时能够缩小最初充填内容物时所占的体积，对于相同容器体积可充填相对多的内容物。
解决课题的手段
为了解决上述的问题，根据本发明的泵送型化妆品容器的活塞结构的特征在于，所述泵送型化妆品容器包括活塞，所述活塞设置在容纳内容物的容器主体的内部，并随着通过泵送装置的泵送动作的内容物的使用而上升，所述活塞结构的特征在于，
所述活塞包括：形成中空的第一活塞；以及第二活塞，所述第二活塞的顶端部被封闭，所述第二活塞可升降地结合到所述中空中，并且所述第二活塞被构成为：在内容物最初充填的状态下处于与所述第一活塞重叠的状态，当内容物被使用时先单独上升后，牵引第一活塞而与第一活塞一起上升，所述第一活塞及第二活塞被构成为以与容器主体的内壁紧贴的状态上升。
另外，其特征在于，在所述第一活塞的内侧上部围绕内周面而形成锁定爪，所述锁定爪一旦与第二活塞接触就能够使所述第一活塞与所述第二活塞一起上升。
另外，其特征在于，在所述第二活塞的下端中央部包括结合部，所述结合部可升降地结合至所述第一活塞的中空内，在所述结合部的下部外周面形成有锁定凸起，所述锁定凸起一旦接触到所述锁定爪，就使所述第二活塞与所述第一活塞一起上升。
技术效果
如上所述，根据本发明，由于构成为紧贴至容器主体内壁上的两个活塞先重叠着，在泵送动作时第一活塞先上升一定区间后，牵引位于其下部的第二活塞而第一活塞与第二活塞一起上升，因此具有在保持用于活塞的正常动作的厚度的同时能够缩小最初充填内容物时所占的体积，从而对于相同容器体积能够充填相对多的内容物。

下面，参考附图，对本发明进行详细说明。各附图中标示的相同的参考符号表示相同的部件。

参考图1至图4，根据本发明优选实施例的泵送型化妆品容器的活塞(100)被设置在容纳内容物的容器主体(10)的内部，并被构成为随着通过泵送装置的泵送动作的内容物的使用而上升，所述活塞包括第一活塞(110)和第二活塞(120)。
所述第一活塞(110)被构成为处于与容器主体(10)的内部紧贴的状态，并随着后述的第二活塞(120)的上升而上升，所述第一活塞中形成有中空(111)，以使第二活塞(120)的结合部能够结合到该中空。
本发明的特征在于，在所述第一活塞(110)的内侧上部围绕内侧面形成有锁定爪(112)，以使得一旦与第二活塞(120)接触就能够一起上升，并被构成为在第二活塞(120)上升时第二活塞(120)的锁定凸起(122)接触到所述锁定爪(112)的下端，从而在第二活塞(120)上升时第一活塞(110)能够与第二活塞(120)一起上升。
所述第二活塞(120)处于与容器主体(10)的内壁紧贴的状态，并可升降地结合到所述中空(111)中，其上端部被封闭形成，本发明的特征在于，所述第二活塞(120)被构成为在内容物最初充填的状态下处于与所述第一活塞(110)重叠的状态，在内容物被使用时先单独上升后，牵引第一活塞(110)而与第一活塞(110)一起上升。
为此，在所述第二活塞(120)的下端中央部具有结合部(121)，结合部可升降地结合到所述第一活塞(110)的中空(111)中，在所述结合部(121)的下部外周面形成有锁定凸起(122)，锁定凸起在第二活塞(120)上升时一旦接触到所述锁定爪(112)的下端，就使得所述第二活塞(120)与所述第一活塞(110)一起上升。
下面，参考图3和图4，对根据本发明优选实施例的泵送型化妆品容器中设置的活塞的动作过程进行说明。
图3和图4是示出根据本发明优选实施例的泵送型化妆品容器中设置的活塞的动作过程的说明图。
参考图3和图4，根据本发明优选实施例的泵送型化妆品容器中设置的活塞中，在内容物最初填充的状态下，第一活塞(110)与第二活塞(120)处于重叠的状态，此时，当使用者使用位于容器主体(10)的上部的泵送装置进行泵送动作时，第二活塞(120)先单独上升，并在第二活塞(120)的锁定凸起(122)接触到第一活塞(110)的锁定爪(112)的下端的时间点，第二活塞(120)牵引第一活塞(110)一起上升。
本发明如上所述，用第一活塞(110)和第二活塞(120)构成设置在容器主体(10)的内部的活塞(100)，并构成为在内容物最初充填时使第一活塞(110)与第二活塞(120)处于重叠，从而可较薄地形成活塞的厚度，可减少活塞所占的体积，并使得相对于相同的容器体积可充填相对多的内容物，而且在泵送动作时候第一活塞先上升一定区间后，将位于其下部的第二活塞拉上来，从而第一活塞与第二活塞被构成为在形成一定的厚度的情况下一起上升，可确保用于活塞的正常动作的厚度。

1.一种泵送型化妆品容器的活塞结构，其中，所述泵送型化妆品容器包括活塞，所述活塞设置在容纳内容物的容器主体的内部，并随着通过泵送装置的泵送动作的内容物的使用而上升，所述活塞结构的特征在于，
所述活塞包括：形成中空的第一活塞；以及第二活塞，所述第二活塞的顶端部被封闭，所述第二活塞可升降地结合到所述中空中，并且所述第二活塞被构成为：在内容物最初充填的状态下处于与所述第一活塞重叠的状态，当内容物被使用时先单独上升后，牵引第一活塞而与第一活塞一起上升，
所述第一活塞及第二活塞被构成为以与容器主体的内壁紧贴的状态上升。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵送型化妆品容器的活塞结构，其特征在于，在所述第一活塞的内侧上部围绕内周面而形成锁定爪，所述锁定爪一旦与第二活塞接触就能够使所述第一活塞与所述第二活塞一起上升。
3.根据权利要求2所述的泵送型化妆品容器的活塞结构，其特征在于，在所述第二活塞的下端中央部包括结合部，所述结合部可升降地结合至所述第一活塞的中空内，在所述结合部的下部外周面形成有锁定凸起，所述锁定凸起一旦接触到所述锁定爪，就使所述第二活塞与所述第一活塞一起上升。
