Claims (15)
- 유로(112)와 연통되게 구비되는 탱크(118)와, 상기 탱크(118)를 통해 유로(112)내를 흐르는 냉매를 난류화시키기 위해 마주하는 양측면이 서로 접합되어 배열되는 다수의 제 1 비드(115)(115a)와, 상기 유로(112)의 입,출구측에 형성됨과 아울러 하나 이상의 제 2 비드(116a)들로 구획되어 복수개의 통로(116b)를 갖는 목비드부(116)로 구성되는 튜브(110)를 이루는 열교환기용 플레이트에 있어서,상기 제 1 비드(115)는 유선형으로 이루어지되 폭(W)과 길이(L)의 비(W/L)가 다음식, 0.35 ≤W/L ≤0.9 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 비드(115)의 각 유선형 비드(115)열 사이에 원형 비드(115a)열이 형성되어 이들이 상호 교번적으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 비드(115)(115a)는 길이방향으로 인접한 각 비드(115)(115a)간의 간격(S)이 다음식, 0.3mm ≤S ≤5.0mm 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 유로(112)와 연통되게 구비되는 탱크(118)와, 상기 탱크(118)를 통해 유로(112)내를 흐르는 냉매를 난류화시키기 위해 마주하는 양측면이 서로 접합되어배열되는 다수의 제 1 비드(115)(115a)와, 상기 유로(112)의 입,출구측에 형성됨과 아울러 하나 이상의 제 2 비드(116a)들로 구획되어 복수개의 통로(116b)를 갖는 목비드부(116)로 구성되는 튜브(110)를 이루는 열교환기용 플레이트에 있어서,상기 제 2 비드(116a)들 중 적어도 하나 이상은 상기 목비드부(116)를 통과하는 냉매를 안내하여 상기 유로(112)측으로 균일하게 분포되도록 일정한 길이로 연장된 안내비드(117)(117a)를 일체로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 안내비드(117)(117a)는 단부측으로 갈수록 폭이 감소하는 유선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유로(112)의 입구측과 출구측에 형성되는 목비드부(116)는 상호 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유로(112)의 입구측과 출구측에 형성되는 목비드부(116)는 상호 비대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 안내비드(117)(117a)는 상기 제 1 비드(115)의 첫번째 열까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 비드(115a)는 원형으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 비드(115)는 유선형으로 이루어지되 폭(W)과 길이(L)의 비(W/L)가 다음식, 0.35 ≤W/L ≤0.9 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 비드(115)는 유선형 비드(115)열과 원형 비드(115a)열이 상호 교번적으로 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 비드(115)(115a)는 길이방향으로 인접한 각 비드(115)(115a)간의 간격(S)이 다음식, 0.3mm ≤S ≤5.0mm 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(118)는 상기 튜브(110)의 상단부에 나란하게 한 쌍이 구비되고, 상기 유로(112)는 상기 한 쌍의 탱크(118) 사이에서 수직으로 일정부분을 구획하도록 형성된 구획비드(113)에 의해 "U"자형 유로(112)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(118)는 상기 튜브(110)의 상,하단부에 각각 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 탱크(118)는 상기 튜브(110)의 상,하단부에 각각 나란하게 한 쌍이 구비되고, 상기 유로(112)는 상기 각 한 쌍의 탱크(118) 사이에서 수직으로 형성된 구획비드(113)의 구획에 의해 양측으로 독립된 두 개의 유로(112)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 플레이트.
