Description
Claims (4)
- 내연기관의 최상부에 흡배기 밸브가 V자 형상으로 개방되어 배치되며, 이 배기 밸브로부터의 배기 포트가 배기 밸브 축선 방향으로부터 실린더 축선과 교차하는 방향의 흡기 밸브와 반대 방향으로 굴곡하여 형성되고, 상기 배기 포트의 하류 단(端)에 배기계 부재의 부착 면이 형성된 내연기관의 실린더 헤드에 있어서,배기가스 센서가 상기 실린더 축선에 대하여 경사진 상태로, 상기 배기 포트에서의 상기 부착 면의 주위에 위치하고 또한 이 배기 포트의 바깥쪽에 위치하여 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관에 있어서의 실린더 헤드의 배기가스 센서의 부착 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더 헤드의 최상부에 헤드 커버 맞춤면부가 형성됨과 동시에, 이 헤드 커버 맞춤면부와 상기 배기 포트와의 사이에 오목부가 형성되어,이 오목부에 배기가스 센서 부착 면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관에 있어서의 실린더 헤드의 배기가스 센서의 부착 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관의 실린더 축선에서의 실린더 헤드 단부가 수평면보다 약간 상향으로 지향하고,상기 배기가스 센서 부착 면은 또한 연소실을 둘러싸고 또한 실린더와의 결합용 나사 보스와 상기 배기계 부재로 형성되는 오목부에 배치되며,상기 배기 포트 내에 검출 단이 면하는 배기가스 센서는 이 배기 포트에 대하여 상향으로 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관에 있어서의 실린더 헤드의 배기가스 센서의 부착 구조.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내연기관 본체와 동력 전달 장치 본체와 구동차를 피벗팅(pivoting)하는 후륜 피벗팅 본체가 일체화되어 파워 유닛이 구성되고, 상기 파워 유닛이 차체에 대하여 상하로 요동 가능하게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관에 있어서의 실린더 헤드의 배기가스 센서의 부착 구조.
