Claims (8)
- Sn: 2~40 질량%, 그래파이트: 5~50 질량%, 및 실질적으로 Cu로 구성된 잔부를 포함하는 용사 피막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사 피스톤 링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용사 피막은 최외주면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사 피스톤 링.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 그래파이트가 용사 피막 중에 체적비로 적어도 5% 이상 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용사 피스톤 링.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Sn 청동이 일반적으로 포함하는 불순물을 제외하고, 상기 용사 피막의 조성이, P, Sb, Co, Be, Cr, Mn, Si, Cd, Zn, Fe, Ni 및 Pb으로 이루어지는 군로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고, 이들 성분의 함유량은, P가 최대 1.0%, Sb가 최대 5질량%, Co가 최대 5질량%, Be가 최대 5질량%, Cr가 최대 5질량%, Mn이 최대 15질량%, Si가 최대 15질량%, Cd가 최대 15질량%, Zn이 최대 15질량%, Fe가 최대 5질량%, Ni가 최대 20질량%, Pb이 최대 20질량%, 잔부가 Cu인 것을 특징으로 하는 용사 피스톤 링.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 P, Sb, Co, Be, Cr, Mn, Si, Cd, Zn, Fe, Ni 및 Pb으로부터 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소의 총합이 최대 25질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 링.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용사 피막의 평균 경도가 300Hv0.1 이하인 것을 특징이라고 하는 용사 피스톤 링.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용사 피막은 다층으로 구성되며, 용사시의 표면 거칠기를 갖는 하층 피막 위에 기계가공을 행하지 않은 상층 피막이 형성 되는 것을 특징이라고 하는 용사 피스톤 링.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용사 피막의 두께가 50∼500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 용사 피스톤 링.
