Claims (8)
- 계면활성제 0.5∼3.0중량%, 무기 나노필러 0.05∼5중량%, 및 그 나머지는 열가소성 수지로 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무적지속성이 우수한 필름용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 솔비탄 모노스테아레이트, 솔비탄 모노팔미테이트, 솔비탄 모노올레이트, 글리세린 모노스테아레이트, 글리세린 디스테아레이트, 디글리세린 모노스테아레이트, 디글리세린 디스테아레이트, 글리세린 모노올레이트, 글리세린 디올레이트, 디글리세린 모노올레이트, 디글리세린 디올레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 재1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 나노필러는 층상 실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 층상 실리케이트의 표면은 소정의 표면처리를 하지 않거나 또는 알킬 암모늄으로 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 층상 실리케이트의 지름은 10∼1000㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 저밀도폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌초산비닐공중합체 또는 폴리염화비닐인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 슬립제, 블로킹방지제, 내후제, 산화방지제, 및 보온제으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 필름용 수지 조성물을 블로운 압출기, T-다이 압출기, 또는 공압출기를 통해서 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 무적지속성이 우수한 농업용 필름.
