Claims (9)
- 중쇄(medium-chain) 트리글리세리드를 함유하는 체지방량 조정제로서, 중쇄 트리글리세리드의 구성 지방산의 90질량% 이상이 탄소수 8 및 10인 포화지방산이고, 탄소수 8 및 10인 포화지방산의 질량 비율이 60/40∼85/15이며, 또한, 트리글리세리드의 2-위치에 결합한 전체 지방산 중의 탄소수 8인 포화지방산 비율이 60∼85질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 체지방량 조정제.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중쇄 트리글리세리드의 함량이 5질량% 이상인 체지방량 조정제.
- 중쇄 트리글리세리드를 40질량% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체지방량 조정제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동식물유를 함유하는 체지방량 조정제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비타민 E를 더 함유하는 체지방량 조정제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식물 스테롤을 더 함유하는 체지방량 조정제.
- BMI값이 23 이상인 사람의 체지방 축적량을 조정하기 위한 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 체지방량 조정제의 사용.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 체지방량 조정제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체지방량 조정용 식품.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 식품이 식용유, 마요네즈, 마가린, 조제 마가린, 팻 스프레드(fat spread), 드레싱, 빵, 아이스크림, 크림. 과자, 도너츠, 머핀, 핫케이크 또는 기름에 튀긴 식품인 체지방량 조정용 식품.
