Claims (24)
- C를 0.003∼0.20질량%,Si를 0.05∼2.5질량%,Mn을 0.25∼3.5질량%,희토류 원소를 0.015∼0.100질량%,P를 0.00l∼0.05질량%,S를 0.001∼0.05질량% 함유하고,나머지가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 0(산소):0.0100질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 Ca:0.0008질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 Ti:0.02∼0.50질량%, Zr:0.02∼0.50질량% 및 Al:0.02∼3.00질량% 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 K:0.0001∼0.0150질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 Cr:3.0질량% 이하, Ni:3.0질량% 이하, Mo:1.5질량% 이하, Cu:3.0질량% 이하, B:0.015질량% 이하, Mg:0.20질량% 이하,Nb:0.5질량% 이하, V:0.5질량% 이하,N:0.020질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 Ti:0.02∼0.50질량%,Zr:0.02∼0.50질량% 및 Al:0.02∼3.00질량% 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 K:0.0001∼0.0150질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 K:0.0001∼0.0150질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 Cr:3.0질량% 이하, Ni:3.0질량% 이하, Mo:1.5질량% 이하, Cu:3.0질량% 이하, B:0.015질량% 이하, Mg: 0.20질량% 이하,Nb:0.5질량% 이하, V:0.5질량% 이하,N:0.020질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 Cr:3.0질량% 이하, Ni:3.0질량% 이하, Mo:1.5질량% 이하, Cu:3.0질량% 이하, B:0.015질량% 이하, Mg: 0.20질량% 이하,Nb:0.5질량% 이하, V:0.5질량% 이하,N:0.020질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 와이어가 추가로 Cr:3.0질량% 이하, Ni:3.0질량% 이하, Mo:1.5질량% 이하, Cu:3.0질량% 이하, B:0.015질량% 이하, Mg: 0.20질량% 이하,Nb:0.5질량% 이하, V:0.5질량% 이하,N:0.020질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 정극성 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어.
- C를 0.003∼0.20질량%,Si를 0.05∼2.5질량%,Mn을 0.25∼3.5질량%,희토류 원소를 0.015∼0.100질량%,P를 0.001∼0.05질량%,S를 0.001∼0.05질량% 함유하고,나머지가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물인 탄산가스 실드 아크용접용 강 와이어를 사용하여,Ar 가스와 CO2가스의 혼합비율 60부피% 이상의 혼합 가스, 또는 100부피% CO2가스로 아크점을 실드하고, 정극성으로 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 0(산소):0.0100질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 Ca:0.0008질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 Ti:0.02∼0.50질량%,Zr:0.02∼0.50질량% 및 Al:0.02∼3.00질량% 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 K:0.0001∼0.0l50질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 Cr:3.0질량% 이하, Ni:3.0질량% 이하, Mo:l.5질량% 이하, Cu:3.0질량% 이하, B:0.015질량% 이하, Mg:0.20질량% 이하,Nb:0.5질량% 이하, V:0.5질량% 이하,N:0.020질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 Ti:0.02∼0.50질량%,Zr:0.02∼0.50질량% 및 Al:0.02∼3.00질량% 중의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 K:0.0001∼0.0150질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제l6항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 K:0.0001∼0.0150질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 Cr:3.0질량% 이하, Ni: 3.0질량% 이하, Mo:1.5질량% 이하, Cu:3.0질량% 이하, B:0.015질량% 이하, Mg:0.20질량% 이하,Nb:0.5질량% 이하, V:0.5질량% 이하,N:0.020질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 Cr:3.0질량% 이하, Ni: 3.0질량% 이하, Mo:1.5질량% 이하, Cu:3.0질량% 이하, B:0.015질량% 이하, Mg:0.20질량% 이하,Nb:0.5질량% 이하, V:0.5질량% 이하,N:0.020질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 조성이 추가로 Cr:3.0질량% 이하, Ni: 3.0질량% 이하, Mo:1.5질량% 이하, Cu:3.0질량% 이하, B:0.015질량% 이하, Mg:0.20질량%이하,Nb:0.5질량% 이하, V:0.5질량% 이하,N:0.020질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산가스 실드 아크용접 방법.
