Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 열기관으로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 정화하는 장치로서,상기 배기가스가 이동하는 통로를 형성하는 외부 케이싱;상기 통로와 직렬로 설치되는 촉매 정화 유닛과 분진 필터;상기 케이싱을 연속적인 섹션으로 분리하고 그 모든 외주면을 따라 설치되는 횡 브레이크를 포함하며, 상기 분진 필터의 상류 표면으로 억세스하는 억세스(access) 수단; 및상기 브레이크를 따라 상기 두개의 연속적인 섹션을 연결하는 착탈가능한 연결 수단을 포함하며,상기 착탈가능한 연결 수단은 상기 촉매 정화 유닛과 상기 분진 필터 중 어느 하나를 관통하며 상기 이동 통로에 대하여 횡으로 연장되는 평면에서, 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 연속적인 섹션은,상호 맞물리며 상기 이동 통로의 길이 방향의 일부분을 따라 오버랩되는, 단부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이동 통로에서 일반적 흐름방향을 기준으로 상류측 섹션의 단부는, 상기 이동 통로에서 일반적 흐름의 방향을 기준으로 하류측 섹션의 단부 내측으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 착탈가능한 연결 수단은 상기 촉매 정화 유닛 주위로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 두개의 연속적인 섹션의 맞물리는 두개의 단부는, 그 중심축을 맞추는 절두 원뿔 모양의 보조 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
- 선행하는 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 착탈가능한 연결 수단은,각 섹션과 일체로 형성된 외주면 플랜지; 및상기 두개의 플랜지를 감싸며 그 상호간을 축방향으로 확실하게 고정하는 스트랩;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,적어도 하나 이상의 외주면 플랜지가 케이싱 섹션의 변형에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 외주면 플랜지는,상기 맞물린 케이싱의 섹션 주위로 부착 링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 두개의 플랜지 사이에 개재되는 O-링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 스트랩은, 채널을 경계짓는 적어도 하나의 형상을 가지며,상기 채널내에서 상기 형상을 감싸는 상기 두개의 플랜지와 클램핑 컬러가 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항 및 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 플랜지의 어느 하나는, 상기 배기가스가 흐르는 통로의 길이를 따라 케이싱 섹션의 맞물린 단부로부터 이격되어 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열기관의 배기가스 정화장치.
