Description
Claims (13)
- 반응기 내로 촉매를 계량 투입하는 방법으로서, 촉매는 먼저 저장기내의 탄화수소 중에 현탁시키고, 생성된 현탁액은 교반하여 동적 상태를 유지시키고, 이어서, 3-웨이 계량 밸브 및 배출기에 의해 실제 반응기내로 투입하는데, 이때 상기 촉매를 함유하는 현탁액은 먼저 펌프에 의해 저장기로부터 배출시키고, 폐쇄 파이프 시스템내 3-웨이 계량 밸브에 의해 상기 현탁액을 저장기로 복귀시키고, 이어서 저장기 내의 압력을 반응기 내의 압력보다 0.1 내지 30 bar 더 크게 설정하고, 이어서 상기 3-웨이 계량 밸브를 조절하는 유량계 및 개방 3-웨이 계량 밸브의 펄스 조작에 의한 하류 배출기에 의해 상기 현택액을 반응기 내로 연속 투입함으로써 연속적으로 순환시키는 것인 촉매의 계량 투입 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전체 저장기의 내용물은 펌프에 의해 시간당 0.1 내지 5배로 순환시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전체 저장기의 내용물의 순환은 분체 유량계로 모니터링하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저장기 내의 설정 압력은 반응기 내의 압력 보다 0.5 내지 15 bar 더 큰 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 프로필렌은 배출기로 연속적으로 운반하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 티탄-함유 고체 성분을 주성분으로 하는 찌그러-나타 촉매를 반응기 내로 계량 투입하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 착물을 주성분으로 하는 촉매를 반응기 내로 공급하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, C2-C20-올레핀의 중합용 촉매를 계량 투입하기 위해 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지방족 C2-C10-알크-1-렌의 중합용 촉매를 계량 투입하기 위해 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 선형 또는 분지형 C2-C20-α-올레핀 중에 현탁된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 프로필렌 중에 현탁된 것인 방법.
- 촉매가 탄화수소중에 현탁되고 적합한 교반기가 장착된 저장기 및 그것에 연결되고, 저장기의 내용물을 순환시키는 펌프와 유량계를 구비한 추가의 파이프 시스템에 의해 촉매 함유 현탁액이 반응기내로 공급되는 배출기에 연결된 3-웨이 계량 밸브가 구비된 파이프 시스템을 포함하는, 반응기 내로 촉매를 계량 투입하는 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 저장기의 내용물을 순환시키는 파이프 시스템이 분체 유량계를 구비한 것인 장치.
