Claims (2)
- 사행 발생시의 통판속도와 소재조건 사이의 관계를 유도하여 사행이 발생하는 상한계 통판속도는 다음과 같은 식 에 의해서 제어하고,상기 식에서Vmax는 통판속도의 상한값이고,C1은 상수,s는 강판에 작용하는 단위장력,q는 롤의 테이퍼각,B는 롤의 축방향 길이,H는 롤의 중심부의 편평한 부분의 길이,n은 상수,T는 노온이다.그리고, 좌굴이 발생하는 하한계 통판속도는 아래와 같은 식에 의해(Vmin은 통판속도의 하한값이고,s0,C2,m은 상수)에 의해서 통판 한계속도를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속소둔로내 안정 통판 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상수C1은 0.008~1.3사이의 값을 가지며, 상수C2는 3.4x10-6~0.004 사이의 값을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 연속소둔로내 안정 통판 방법.
