Claims (5)
- 밸브보디(10)와, 상기 밸브보디에 형성된 밸브 작동챔버(20) 및 접속유로(50)와, 상기 밸브 작동챔버에 장치된 밸브기구체(30)와, 상기 접속유로에 설치된 스로틀부(60)로 이루어지고,상기 밸브 작동챔버(20), 1차측 유체의 유입구(11), 밸브시트(15), 상기 접속유로에의 유출구(12), 상기 접속유로로부터의 유입구(13) 및 2차측 유체의 유출구(14)가 형성되어 있고,상기 밸브기구체(30)는 밸브부(31)와 일체로 변동하는 제 1 다이어프램부(41) 및 제 2 다이어프램부(42) 및 제 3 다이어프램부(43)를 구비하고있어,상기 제 1 다이어프램부(41)는, 상기 밸브부의 밸브시트 상류측 수압면(Va)과 대략 동등한 유효 수압면적(S1b)을 가지고 있어, 상기 밸브 작동챔버내에 부착되어, 그 일면측(41a)을 공기압 챔버(21)로, 타면측(41b)을 상기 1차측 유체의 유입구 및 밸브시트 상류부를 가지는 제 1 챔버(22)로 각각 구획하고,상기 제 2 다이어프램부(42)는, 상기 밸브 작동챔버에 부착되어서, 그 일면측(42a)을 상기 접속유로에의 유출구 및 밸브시트 하류부를 가지는 제 2 챔버(23)로, 타면측(42b)을 상기 접속유로로부터의 유입구 및 2차측 유체의 유출구를 가지는 제 3 챔버(24)로 각각 구획하고,상기 제 3 다이어프램부(43)는, 상기 밸브부의 밸브시트 하류측 수압면(Vb)과 대략 동등한 유효 수압면적(S3a)을 가지고 있어, 상기 밸브 작동챔버내에 부착되어서, 그 일면측(43a)을 상기 제 3 챔버로, 타면측(43b)을 가압챔버(25)로 각각 구획하고,상기 밸브부는, 사기 밸브기구체의 변동과 함께 상기 밸브시트에 대하여 진퇴하고,상기 가압챔버에는 상기 밸브기구체를 소정압력으로 가압하는 가압수단(72)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유량 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가압수단(72)이 가압공기이고 또한 상기 가압챔버내에 보조가압수단으로서 스프링체(76)가 장치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유량 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공기압 챔버(21)에 가압수단(71)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유량 밸브.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스로틀부(60)가 가변오리피스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유량 밸브.
- 각각 상이한 유체가 유입되는 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제 1 정유량 밸브(9A) 및 제 2 정유량 밸브(9B)를 사용해서, 상기 제 1 정유량 밸브의 접속유로의 스로틀부 상류측(50AU)에 있어서 상기 제 2 정유량 밸브의 2차측 유체의 유출구(14B)로부터의 유로(17)를 결합하여 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정유량 혼합방법.
