Claims (10)
- 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 다공성 세퍼레이터를 적층하여 제조되는 리튬2차전지의 제조방법에 있어서,리튬염을 함유하지 않으며, 겔화폴리머 함량이 유기용매 대비 5중량% 이하인 겔화폴리머 용액에 상기 다공성 세퍼레이터를 20분 이하의 시간 동안 함침하여 겔화폴리머의 양이 20mg/㎠이하가 되도록 표면처리하는 단계;캐소드와 애노드 사이에 상기 세퍼레이터를 배치하여 전극 조립체를 제조하는 단계;상기 전극 조립체를 실링하고 리튬염을 함유하는 전해액을 주입한 다음 이를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 세퍼레이터는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 및 폴리프로필렌/폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 겔화폴리머는 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVdF), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체(PVdF-HFP), 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드(PEO), 폴리메틸 아크릴레이트(PMA) 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염은 LiPF6,LiBF4, LiClO4, Li(CF3SO2)2, LiCF3SO3, LiSbF6및 LiAsF6로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 전지 조립 후 전지에 계속 남아 있는 제 1용매와 저비점 용매인 제 2용매를 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 1용매는 폴리에틸렌 카보네이트, 에틸렌카보네이트, 프로필렌카보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 고리형 카보네이트와 디메틸카보네이트 및 디에틸카보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 사슬형 카보네이트의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 2용매는 저비점 용매로서 아세톤, 아세토니트릴, n-메틸-2-피롤리돈 (NMP) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 1용매와 제 2용매의 혼합중량비는 1:2∼1:20인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액에 사용되는 유기 용매는 제 1용매와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경화단계는 50℃∼80℃의 온도에서 이루어지는 것을특징으로 하는 리튬전지의 제조방법.
