Claims (4)
- 20ppm 이하의 황성분 함량을 갖는 극저탄소강의 제조방법에 있어서,고로에서 출선된 용선에 탈황제를 투입하여 생성되는 슬러그를 배제시키는 제1배제단계와,상기 제1배제처리된 용선에 탈황제를 투입하고 생성되는 슬러그를 배제시키는 제2배제단계와,상기 제2배제처리된 용선을 전로에 장입하여 취련작업을 실시하는 단계와,상기 전로에서 출강된 용강을 탈가스 설비에서 탈탄처리하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 극저 황성분을 갖는 극저탄소강 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1배제단계에서 사용되는 탈황제는 CaCO3계 탈황제로 구성되고 상기 고로에서 출선된 용선 1톤당 10 ~ 12kg이 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저 황성분을 갖는 극저탄소강 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2배제단계에서 사용되는 탈황제는 CaO계 탈황제로 구성되고 상기 제1배제처리된 용선 1톤당 5 ~ 7kg이 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저 황성분을 갖는 극저탄소강 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1배제단계는 상기 고로에서 출선된 용선을 토페도카에 수선하는 단계와, 상기 토페도카에 수선된 용선에 CaCO3계 탈황제를 투입하는 단계와, 상기 토페도카에서 탈황처리된 용선을 장입래들에 수선하는 단계와, 상기 탈황처리된 용선과 함께 상기 장입래들에 장입된 슬래그를 배제하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 극저 황성분을 갖는 극저탄소강 제조방법.
