Claims (2)
- 용선예비처리공정에서 탈황처리된 용선을 전로에 장입하는 단계와,상기 전로에서의 용선에 함유된 탄소를 일정수준까지 제거하고 인성분을 제어한 후에 용강래들에 출강하는 단계와,상기 용강래들에 슬래그 개질재와 탈산제를 첨가하는 단계와,상기 용강래들을 탈가스 공정(RH)으로 이송하여 2차 탈탄작업을 수행하는 단계와,상기 탈가스 공정(RH)에서의 2차 탈탄작업 후에 용강래들에 수강된 용강에 고순도 망간을 투입하는 단계와,상기 탈가스 공정(RH)이 종료된 후에 용강래들을 연주공정으로 이송하여 슬라브를 제조하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인함유 극저탄소강 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용강래들에 고순도 망간을 투입하기 전에 상기 용강의 온도를 고순도 망간 1000kg 당 9~11℃ 정도로 상승시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인함유 극저탄소강 제조방법.
