Description
前記溶鋼製造工程において製造された溶鋼に対して取鍋において脱硫処理を行う取鍋精錬工程と、
前記取鍋精錬工程後に取鍋内に生じているスラグを排出する排滓工程と、
前記排滓工程後に前記溶鋼に対して取鍋において脱窒処理を行う脱ガス精錬工程とを備える、鋼の溶製方法。
Claims (3)
- 溶鋼を製造する溶鋼製造工程と、
前記溶鋼製造工程において製造された溶鋼に対して取鍋において脱硫処理を行う取鍋精錬工程と、
前記取鍋精錬工程後に取鍋内に生じているスラグを排出する排滓工程と、
前記排滓工程後に前記溶鋼に対して取鍋において脱窒処理を行う脱ガス精錬工程とを備え、
前記溶鋼製造工程から前記脱ガス精錬工程までの間に前記排滓工程が1回のみ行われる、鋼の溶製方法。 - 前記排滓工程後に、前記溶鋼に対して着酸処理を行う着酸工程をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の鋼の溶製方法。
- 前記脱ガス精錬工程において溶鋼中の炭素濃度が質量%で0.01%以下となる、請求項1または2に記載の鋼の溶製方法。
