Abstract

一种低氮钢的冶炼方法,包括转炉冶炼、RH真空处理工序,转炉冶炼的钢液经RH真空处理后在连铸机进行浇注,所述转炉工序,转炉出钢过程加入硅铁合金、锰铁合金,然后向钢液中加入0.5~2.0kg/t铝脱氧剂,之后钢液进行合金化;出钢完毕,向钢包中加入小块灰和铝质钢包渣改质剂,铝质钢包渣改质剂加入量为150-300kg;然后钢包在氩站吹氩2~3min。本发明炼钢方法得到的低氮钢,氮含量为20-60ppm。

Description

一种低氮钢的冶炼方法
技术领域
本发明属于钢铁冶金生产技术领域,具体涉及一种低氮钢的冶炼方法。
背景技术
氮会引起碳钢淬火时效和形变时效,从而对碳钢的性能发生显著的影响。由于氮的时效作用,钢的硬度、强度固然提高,但是塑韧性降低,特别是在形变时效的情况下,塑性和韧性的降低比较显著。因此,对于普通低合金钢来说,时效现象是有害的,因而氮是有害元素,有效控制钢中的氮含量,能够保证钢材的深冲性能,减少时效性,消除了屈服点延伸现象,使钢材表面光洁,成材率高。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是,一种低氮钢的冶炼方法,降低钢中的氮含量,使钢中的氮含量为20-60ppm。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种低氮钢的冶炼方法,包括转炉冶炼、RH真空处理工序,转炉冶炼的钢液经RH真空处理后在连铸机进行浇注,所述转炉工序,转炉出钢过程加入硅铁合金、锰铁合金,然后向钢液中加入0.5~2.0kg/t铝脱氧剂,之后钢液进行合金化;出钢完毕,向钢包中加入小块灰和铝质钢包渣改质剂,铝质钢包渣改质剂加入量为150-300kg;然后钢包在氩站吹氩2~3min。
本发明所述铝脱氧剂加入量0.5~2.0kg/t,即吨钢铝脱氧剂加入量为0.5~2.0kg。
转炉工序,控制钢水包顶渣中FeO的含量,减少钢水在吊运和浇铸过程中顶渣向钢水内的传氧量,从而减少钢水中Al合金元素的氧化。
进一步的,所述RH真空处理工序,RH炉钢液环流过程加入铝脱氧剂,钢液酸溶铝含量Als为150~250ppm时,调整钢液中其他合金成分含量,使钢液合金成分含量满足目标要求。
进一步的,所述铝质钢包渣改质剂,其成分包括Al:50~55%,Al2O3:15~20%,CaO:5~15%,MgO:<5%,SiO2:<3%,P:<0.5%,S:<0.5%。
本发明所述铝质钢包渣改质剂成分含量均为质量百分含量。
进一步的,转炉冶炼过程,转炉全程底吹氩,底吹氩流量控制在300~400Nm3/h。
进一步的,转炉冶炼工序,出钢之前,钢包坐包完毕开通钢包底吹氩气置换钢包内气体。
进一步的,转炉冶炼工序,转炉冶炼终点钢液碳含量C≥0.12wt%。
进一步的,所述RH真空处理工序,纯循环时间5~8min。
进一步的,在转炉冶炼之前,铁水在脱硫站进行脱硫。
进一步的,所述低氮钢,其C、Si、Mn、N元素的质量百分含量为: C:0.20~0.80%,Sⅰ:0.20~0.40%,Mn:0.20~1.90%,20ppm≤N≤60ppm。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本发明炼钢方法得到的低氮钢,氮含量为20-60ppm。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1-6
一种低氮钢的冶炼方法,低氮钢化学成分及其质量百分含量见表1,生产过程包括转炉冶炼、RH真空处理工序,转炉冶炼之前,铁水在脱硫站进行脱硫,转炉冶炼的钢液经RH真空处理后在连铸机进行浇注,转炉工序,转炉全程底吹氩,底吹氩流量见表2,出钢之前,钢包坐包完毕开通钢包底吹氩气置换钢包内气体,转炉冶炼终点钢液碳含量见表2。
转炉出钢1/2时加入硅铁合金、锰铁合金,出钢2/3时向钢液中加入铝脱氧剂,之后钢液进行合金化,根据钢的目标成分要求,选择加入碳粉、钒铁、铬铁、钼铁等合金,出钢完毕,向钢包中加入小块灰和铝质钢包渣改质剂。然后将钢包进入吹氩站,在氩站进行吹氩。转炉出钢过程铝脱氧剂加入量、铝质钢包渣改质剂加入量、吹氩时间见表2,铝质钢包渣改质剂包含成分及其质量百分含量见表3。
实施例1-6转炉出钢过程所加入的铝脱氧剂是台铝。所述台铝,即铝水经过模具或设备制式梯形、圆形铝锭,也称铝丸。
在吹氩站,对钢中铝含量进行检测,RH真空处理工序,根据氩站铝含量检测结果,在钢液环流过程加入铝脱氧剂,调整钢液中铝含量,钢液酸溶铝含量Als为ωAl时,调整钢液中其他合金成分含量,如C、Si、Mn、Cr、V、Mo,使钢液合金成分含量满足目标要求,RH真空处理工序纯循环时间见表2。

1.一种低氮钢的冶炼方法,由以下步骤组成:转炉冶炼、RH真空处理工序,转炉冶炼的钢液经RH真空处理后在连铸机进行浇注,其特征在于:在转炉冶炼之前,铁水在脱硫站进行脱硫;所述转炉工序,转炉出钢过程加入硅铁合金、锰铁合金,然后向钢液中加入0.5~2.0kg/t铝脱氧剂,之后钢液进行合金化;出钢完毕,向钢包中加入小块灰和铝质钢包渣改质剂,铝质钢包渣改质剂加入量为150-300kg;然后钢包在氩站吹氩2~3min;转炉冶炼过程,转炉全程底吹氩,底吹氩流量控制在300~400Nm3/h;转炉冶炼终点钢液碳含量C≥0.12wt%;所述铝质钢包渣改质剂,其成分包括Al:50~55%,Al2O3:15~20%,CaO:5~15%,MgO:<5%,SiO2:<3%,P:<0.5%,S:<0.5%;转炉冶炼工序,出钢之前,钢包坐包完毕开通钢包底吹氩气置换钢包内气体;所述转炉出钢1/2时加入硅铁合金、锰铁合金,出钢2/3时向钢液中加入铝脱氧剂;
所述RH真空处理工序,RH炉钢液环流过程加入铝脱氧剂,钢液酸溶铝含量Als为150~250ppm时,调整钢液中其他合金成分含量,使钢液合金成分含量满足目标要求;所述RH真空处理工序,纯循环时间5~8min;
