Claims (6)
- 투명기판과;상기 투명기판 상에 증착되는 적어도 하나의 얼라인 마크를 포함하는 블랙매트릭스와;상기 얼라인 마크를 통하여 상기 블랙매트릭스 상에 위치 맞춤되어, 서로 연접하도록 순차적으로 반복 배열되는 적(R), 녹(G), 청(B) 컬러필터를 포함하는 액정표시장치
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 얼라인 마크는 상기 외곽블랙매트릭스의 제조와 동일공정에서 동일재질로 구현되는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 2 항 중 어느 하나의 선택된 항에 있어서,상기 블랙매트릭스는 그 내부에 개구부를 가지는 직사각형 형상의 외곽 블랙매트릭스이고,상기 적어도 하나의 얼라인 마크는 상기 외곽 블랙매트릭스의 적어도 하나의 모서리 내부 및/또는 외부에 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 외곽 블랙매트릭스의 내부 개구부 내에 더미패턴을 더욱 포함할 경우에, 상기 적어도 하나의 얼라인 마크는 상기 더미패턴과 상기 투명기판의 사이 및/또는 외곽 블랙매트릭스의 외부에 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 외곽블랙매트릭스가 가지는 내부 개구부에 섬모양으로 다수개 형성되는 내부 블랙매트릭스를 더욱 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 외곽 블랙매트릭스의 내부 개구부 내에 더미패턴을 더욱 포함할 경우에, 상기 얼라인 마크는 상기 더미패턴과 상기 투명기판의 사이 및/또는 외곽 블랙매트릭스의 외부에 형성되는 액정표시장치.
