Description
(1) カラーフィルターが形成されたCF基板と、薄膜トランジスタ回路が形成されたTFT基板とを重ね合わせ、両基板の間に液晶を封止した液晶表示パネルにおいて、該CF基板の額縁部に黒色の遮光領域を形成すると共に、該遮光領域の一部にネガパターンで描かれた識別マークを備え、該TFT基板には、該識別マークを透過する光を遮光する位置に、金属膜が配置されており、該金属膜は、開口したスリットが多数形成されたメタルパターンの一部であり、該識別マークに対応する位置では、該スリットが形成されていないことを特徴とする。
(2) カラーフィルターが形成されたCF基板と、薄膜トランジスタ回路が形成されたTFT基板とを重ね合わせ、両基板の間に液晶を封止した液晶表示パネルにおいて、該CF基板の額縁部に黒色の遮光領域を形成すると共に、該遮光領域の一部にネガパターンで描かれた識別マークを備え、該TFT基板には、該識別マークを透過する光を遮光する位置に、金属膜が配置されており、該金属膜は、開口したスリットが多数形成されたメタルパターンの一部であり、該識別マークは、該スリットが形成された位置と重畳せず、該遮光領域の一部に形成された開口の集合体で構成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- カラーフィルターが形成されたCF基板と、薄膜トランジスタ回路が形成されたTFT基板とを重ね合わせ、両基板の間に液晶を封止した液晶表示パネルにおいて、
該CF基板の額縁部に黒色の遮光領域を形成すると共に、該遮光領域の一部にネガパターンで描かれた識別マークを備え、
該TFT基板には、該識別マークを透過する光を遮光する位置に、金属膜が配置されており、
該金属膜は、開口したスリットが多数形成されたメタルパターンの一部であり、
該識別マークに対応する位置では、該スリットが形成されていないことを特徴とする液晶表示パネル。 - カラーフィルターが形成されたCF基板と、薄膜トランジスタ回路が形成されたTFT基板とを重ね合わせ、両基板の間に液晶を封止した液晶表示パネルにおいて、
該CF基板の額縁部に黒色の遮光領域を形成すると共に、該遮光領域の一部にネガパターンで描かれた識別マークを備え、
該TFT基板には、該識別マークを透過する光を遮光する位置に、金属膜が配置されており、
該金属膜は、開口したスリットが多数形成されたメタルパターンの一部であり、
該識別マークは、該スリットが形成された位置と重畳せず、該遮光領域の一部に形成された開口の集合体で構成されていることを特徴とする液晶表示パネル。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の液晶表示パネルにおいて、該金属膜は、該TFT基板に形成された電気的配線の一部に接続されていることを特徴とする液晶表示パネル。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の液晶表示パネルにおいて、
前記TFT基板と前記CF基板との間に、前記TFT基板と前記CF基板とを貼り合せるシール材を備え、
前記シール材は光硬化性樹脂であり、
前記シール材と前記金属膜のスリットとが重畳していることを特徴とする液晶表示パネル。
