Claims (9)
- 매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 복수의 화소의 각각이,피구동 소자와,구동 전원 라인으로부터의 전력을 상기 피구동 소자에 공급하는 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터와,선택 시에 데이터 라인으로부터 공급되는 데이터 신호에 기초하여 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터를 제어하는 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터를, 적어도 구비하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치로서,각 화소에서, 상기 구동 전원 라인은 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터가 상기 데이터 라인과 접속되어 있는 영역에서는, 해당 화소의 대향하는 제1 및 제2변 중 상기 데이터 라인과 반대측의 제2변측에 배치되고, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 구동 전원 라인이 접속되어 있는 영역에서는, 상기 데이터 라인측의 제1변측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동 전원 라인은, 화소의 제2변측으로부터, 화소 내의 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 피구동 소자 사이를 횡단하고 상기 화소의 제1변측으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 구동 전원 라인은, 화소의 제2변측으로부터, 화소 내의 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 피구동 소자 사이를, 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터에 선택 신호를 공급하는 선택 라인의 연장 방향으로 연장되어 상기 화소의 제1변측에 도달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 복수의 화소의 각각이,피구동 소자와,구동 전원 라인으로부터의 전력을 상기 피구동 소자에 공급하는 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터와,선택 시에 데이터 라인으로부터 공급되는 데이터 신호에 기초하여 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터를 제어하는 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터를, 적어도 구비하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치로서,각 화소에 있어서, 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 데이터 라인과의 접속 영역과, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터와 해당 구동 전원 라인이 접속되어 있는 영역은, 해당 화소의 제1변 부근에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 매트릭스 형상으로 배치된 복수의 화소의 각각이,피구동 소자와,구동 전원 라인으로부터의 전력을 상기 피구동 소자에 공급하는 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터와,선택 시에 데이터 라인으로부터 공급되는 데이터 신호에 기초하여 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터를 제어하는 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터를, 적어도 구비하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치로서,상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트는, 대응하는 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터에 접속되어 있고,상기 구동 전원 라인은, 각 화소에 있어서, 해당 화소 내를 횡단하고, 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트와 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터와의 접속 배선 경로와 교차하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 화소는, 매트릭스의 열 방향에서는, 인접 행의 동일색의 화소가 상호 행 방향으로 어긋나 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 데이터 라인은, 상기 매트릭스의 열 방향으로 각 화소의 사이를 지나서 연장되고, 상기 데이터 라인에는, 행마다 해당 라인 좌측과 우측에 교대로 배치되어 있는 동일 색의 화소의 상기 스위칭용 박막 트랜지스터가 접속되어 있는 것을특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 구동 전원 라인은, 상기 데이터 라인과 교차하지 않고 열 방향으로 연장되어, 대응하는 화소의 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 구동 전원 라인은, 상기 데이터 라인과 교차하지 않고 열 방향으로 연장되어, 대응하는 화소의 상기 소자 구동용 박막 트랜지스터에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스형 표시 장치.
