Description
かつ前記特定の2色は、各色の有機EL素子の発光における電流効率に基づき、対応する電源ラインの最大電流量が他の電源ラインの最大電流量に近づくように選択されることを特徴とする。
前記電源ラインの1つは、有機EL素子の発光における電流効率の最大の色の画素の列と、最小の色の画素の列とで共用され、前記電源ラインの他の1つは、他の色の画素の列で共用されることが好適である。
Claims (3)
- 特定色で発光する有機EL素子を含む画素を3種類有し、同一色の画素が列方向に並ぶようにマトリクス状に配列したストライプ型の有機ELパネルであって、
特定の2種類の色の隣接画素列の間に1本の電源ラインを配置し、この電源ラインにより2列の画素の有機EL素子に対し電源供給を行い、
他の1種類の色の画素列に沿って1本の他の電源ラインを配置し、この他の電源ラインにより当該他の1種類の色の画素の有機EL素子に対し電源供給を行い、
かつ前記特定の2色は、各色の有機EL素子の発光における電流効率に基づき、対応する電源ラインの最大電流量が、他の1種類の色の画素に対応する他の電源ラインの最大電流量に近づくように選択されることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 特定色で発光する有機EL素子を含む画素を4種類有し、同一色の画素が列方向に並ぶようにマトリクス状に配列したストライプ型の有機ELパネルであって、
特定の2種類の色の隣接画素列の間に1本の電源ラインを配置し、この電源ラインにより2列の画素の有機EL素子に対し電源供給を行い、
他の2種類の色の画素列の間に1本の他の電源ラインを配置し、この他の電源ラインにより当該他の2種類の色の画素の有機EL素子に対し電源供給を行い、
かつ前記特定の2色は、各色の有機EL素子の発光における電流効率に基づき、対応する電源ラインの最大電流量が、他の2種類の色の画素に対応する他の電源ラインの最大電流量に近づくように選択されることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 請求項1または2に記載の有機ELパネルにおいて、
前記画素の色は、R(赤)、G(緑)、B(青)、W(白)の4種類であり、
前記電源ラインの1つは、有機EL素子の発光における電流効率の最大の色の画素の列と、最小の色の画素の列とで共用されることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。
