Claims (3)
- 게이트를 개방하고 있는 시간이 다른 복수의 샘플링 게이트와,복수의 샘플링 게이트에 대응하여 각각 설치되고, 광자 수에 상당하는 데이터를 축적하는 복수의 메모리와,상기 메모리로의 축적과 병행하여, 상기 메모리에 축적된 데이터를 독출하고, 소프트웨어에 의한 상관 연산 처리를 행하기 위한 연산 처리 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광자 상관계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연산 처리 제어부는 상관 시간(τ)에 따라서, 복수의 메모리 중에서 데이터를 독출하는 메모리를 선정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광자 상관계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 연산 처리 제어부는 상관 연산 처리를 하기 위해서 이용하는 외부 메모리를 갖고, 이 외부 메모리는 광자 수 데이터를 격납하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광자 상관계.
