Claims (4)
- 차량용 공기조화기의 압축기에 구비되는 전자 클러치 코일 조립체의 제조 방법에 있어서,접착제가 도포된 피복 코일을 감아 코일 권선을 형성하는 형성 단계;상기 코일 권선을 적층 방향으로 누른 상태에서 가열시키는 가열 단계;상기 코일 권선을 적층 방향으로 누른 상태에서 냉각에 의하여 경화시키는 경화 단계; 및필드코아 조립체 내에 상기 코일 권선, 보빈 및 커버를 조립하는 단계를 포함하여,상기 적층 방향으로 인접된 2 개의 코일들 사이의 상기 접착제가 그 주위의 빈 공간으로 이동되게 하는 전자 클러치 코일 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열 및 경화 단계들에서,공기 가압기에 의하여 상기 코일 권선이 적층 방향으로 눌려지는 전자 클러치 코일 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형성 단계에서,상기 코일이 감는 힘에 의하여 늘어남으로써 집적되어, 상기 코일 권선의 총 두께가 얇아지는 전자 클러치 코일 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 차량용 공기조화기의 압축기에 구비되는 전자 클러치 코일 조립체에 있어서,접착제가 도포된 피복 코일이 감겨지되, 가열 및 그 적층 방향으로의 가압에 의하여 상기 적층 방향으로 인접된 2 개의 코일들 사이의 상기 접착제가 그 주위의 빈 공간으로 이동되어 있는 코일 권선; 및상기 코일 권선과 함께 조립되는 보빈, 필드코아 조립체 및 커버를 포함한 전자 클러치 코일 조립체.
