위 단계 S82 및 S83에 있어서, 코일 권선(21)은 공기 가압기뿐만이 아니라 유압(油壓)에 의한 가압 수단 또는 전기 엑츄에이터(electric actuator) 등에 의하여 가압될 수도 있다. 또한, 위 단계 S82에 있어서, 도 3의 시험에서와 같이 코일 권선(21)의 양단에 전압이 인가됨으로써 코일 권선(21)이 직접적으로 가열될 수 있고, 코일 권선(21) 주위의 높은 온도에 의하여 코일 권선(21)이 간접적으로 가열될 수도 있다.
Claims (5)
- 차량용 공기조화기의 압축기에 구비되는 전자 클러치 코일 조립체의 제조 방법에 있어서,(a) 접착제가 도포된 코일을 감아 코일 권선을 형성하는 형성 단계;(b) 상기 코일 권선을 적층 방향으로 가압한 상태에서 가열시키는 가열 단계;(c) 상기 코일 권선을 적층 방향으로 가압한 상태에서 냉각에 의하여 경화시키는 경화 단계; 및(d) 필드코아 조립체 내에 상기 코일 권선, 보빈 및 커버를 조립하는 단계를 포함하여,상기 적층 방향으로 인접된 2 개의 코일층들 사이의 상기 접착제가 그 주위의 빈 공간으로 이동되게 하는 전자 클러치 코일 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 및 (c) 단계들에서,공기 가압기에 의하여 상기 코일 권선이 적층 방향으로 가압되는 전자 클러치 코일 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서,상기 코일이 인장력에 의하여 연신되어, 상기 코일 권선의 높이가 낮아지는 전자 클러치 코일 조립체의 제조 방법.
