Claims (6)
- 하기의 성분 (A)∼(D)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면처리제:(A) (A)∼(D)성분전체를 100으로 할 때 5∼15의 중량비인, 3개의 카르보닐기와 알콕시시릴기를 갖는 유기규소화합물의 적어도 1종,(B) 상기 전체에 대한 10~30의 중량비인, 알칸올아민류로 변성된 에폭시수지의 적어도 1종,(C) 상기 전체에 대한 50~70의 중량비인, 블록화된 폴리이소시아네이트의 적어도 1종,(D) 상기 전체에 대한 5~15의 중량비인, 아미노수지의 적어도 1종.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 3개의 카르보닐기와 알콕시시릴기를 갖는 (A) 유기규소화합물이 다음의 일반식(1)으로 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면처리제.[단, 상기 화합물은, 일반식(1)에 있어서, R1, R3는 C1내지 C5알킬기, R2, R4은, C2내지 C10알킬렌기, x, y, z는 각각 0 또는 1을 나타내는 상호변이성체인에놀형도 포함한다.]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알칸올아민류로 변성된 (B)의 에폭시수지에 있어서의 에폭시수지가 비스페놀형 에폭시수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 (1)기재의 금속표면처리제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (C)의 블록화된 폴리이소시아네이트가 다음 일반식(2) 및/또는 (3)으로 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면처리제.[단, 일반식(2), (3)중, R7, R8은 C1내지 C5의 알킬기를 나타낸다.]
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (D)의 아미노수지가 멜라민계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 금속표면처리제를 도포하여 형성한 내식성, 도포막 밀착성, 가요성이 우수하며, 표면경도가 높은 피막을 갖는 금속재료.
