Claims (12)
- 모터(12)의 적어도 하나의 작동 변수에 따라 클램핑 현상이 검출되고, 클램핑 현상이 인식되면 모터(12)는 정지되고 그리고/또는 그 작동 방향이 역전되며, 전기 모터(12)에 의해 적어도 하나의 단부 스토퍼(26, 28)에 대항하여 변위될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 부품(20), 특히 차량의 윈도우 또는 슬라이딩 루프의 조절 과정을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,모터(12)는 개시 단계(52) 중에, 이후의 작동 단계(54)에서보다 더 적은 출력으로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모터(12)는, 그 제어 신호가 출력 감소를 위해 펄스폭 변조되는 출력 단부 스테이지를 통해 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출력 감소를 위해 모터(12)에는, 양호하게는 제어 가능한 저항(44)에 의해 제공되는 가변 전압이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모터(12)는 즉시 운동하고 시스템루즈는 제거되지만 변위 가능한 부품(20)의 조절은 아직 행해지지 않도록, 개시 단계(52)의 시작을 위한 출력이 제어(예를 들면 공칭 출력의 20%)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시스템루즈가 제거된 후에 모터(12)는 공칭 출력(최대 출력)으로 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출력은 시스템루즈가 제거된 후에 직선으로 상승되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모터 개시 단계(52)에서 모터(12)를 조정하는 출력은 배터리 전압에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모터 개시 단계(52)에서 모터(12)를 조정하는 출력은 주위 온도에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 클램핑 현상은 부품(20)이 변위되는 즉시 검출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작동 변수로서 부품(20)의 조절력에 대한 역 변수가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 작동 변수로서 회전수가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작동 변수로서 부품(20)의 조절력에 비례하는 변수, 특히 모터 전류가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
