Claims (15)
- 적어도 하나의 단부 스토퍼(26, 28)에 대하여 전기 모터(12)에 의해 변위될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 부품(20)의 조절 과정을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 모터(12)의 적어도 하나의 작동 변수에 따라 클램핑 현상들이 검출되고, 상기 클램핑 현상들 중 하나가 검출되면 상기 모터(12)는 정지되거나 또는 정지되어 그 작동 방향이 역전되며,상기 모터를 조정하는 출력은 개시 단계(52)의 시작 및 개시 단계(52) 동안에 최대 출력 또는 공칭 출력보다 낮고,상기 개시 단계 동안에 극복되는 시스템 루즈가 제어되어, 상기 출력은 상기 시스템 루즈가 극복되는 동안 일정하면서 다음 작동 단계(54)에서 모터를 조정하는 출력보다 낮으며 - 상기 작동 단계(54)에서는 상기 적어도 하나의 변위 가능한 부품이 상기 적어도 하나의 단부 스토퍼로 이동함 -,상기 출력은 상기 시스템 루즈가 극복된 이후에만 선형으로 상승되고,상기 다음 작동 단계는 상기 개시 단계 이후에 이루어지는, 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모터(12)는 출력 스테이지에 의해 제어되며, 상기 출력 스테이지는 상기 모터에 의해 소모되는 상기 출력을 제어하기 위해 펄스폭 변조되는 제어 신호에 의해 조절되는 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 시스템 루즈가 극복되는 동안 상기 모터를 조정하는 상기 출력은 상기 모터(12)의 최대 출력 또는 공칭 출력의 20%인 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 모터는 상기 개시 단계 중 상기 시스템 루즈가 극복된 이후에만 상기 모터의 최대 출력 또는 공칭 출력으로 조정되는 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 개시 단계(52)에서 상기 모터(12)를 조정하는 상기 출력은 배터리 전압에 따르는 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 개시 단계(52)에서 상기 모터(12)를 조정하는 출력은 주위 온도에 따르는 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클램핑 현상은 상기 적어도 하나의 변위 가능한 부품(20)이 변위되는 즉시 검출되는 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 변위 가능한 부품(20)에 작용하는 조절력에 대한 역 변수가 상기 적어도 하나의 작동 변수인 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,모터 회전수가 상기 적어도 하나의 작동 변수인 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 변위 가능한 부품(20)에 작용하는 조절력에 비례하는 변수가 상기 적어도 하나의 작동 변수인 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 변위 가능한 부품은 차량의 윈도우 또는 슬라이딩 루프인 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 부품의 조절 과정을 제어하는 방법이며, 전기 모터(12)의 적어도 하나의 작동 변수에 따라 클램핑 현상이 검출되고, 클램핑 현상이 인식되면 상기 모터(12)는 정지되거나 또는 정지되어 그 작동 방향이 역전되고, 적어도 하나의 단부 스토퍼(26, 28)에 대하여 상기 모터(12)에 의해 변위될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 부품(20)의 조절 과정을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,상기 모터(12)는, 공칭 출력으로 아직 제어되지 않는 개시 단계(52) 중에는, 공칭 출력으로 제어되는 이후의 작동 단계(54)에서보다 더 적은 출력으로 조정되고,출력 감소를 위해 상기 모터(12)에는, 제어 가능한 저항(44)에 의해 제공되는 가변 전압이 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
- 부품의 조절 과정을 제어하는 방법이며, 전기 모터(12)의 적어도 하나의 작동 변수에 따라 클램핑 현상이 검출되고, 클램핑 현상이 인식되면 상기 모터(12)는 정지되거나 또는 정지되어 그 작동 방향이 역전되고, 적어도 하나의 단부 스토퍼(26, 28)에 대하여 상기 모터(12)에 의해 변위될 수 있는 적어도 하나의 부품(20)의 조절 과정을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,상기 모터(12)는, 공칭 출력으로 아직 제어되지 않는 개시 단계(52) 중에는, 공칭 출력으로 제어되는 이후의 작동 단계(54)에서보다 더 적은 출력으로 조정되고,상기 모터 개시 단계(52)에서 상기 모터(12)를 조정하는 출력은 주위 온도에 따르는 것을 특징으로 하는 부품의 조절 과정 제어 방법.
