Claims (2)
- - 전류 없이 폐쇄되는 시이트 밸브(27)가 압력 매체 유입구(19)와 압력 매체 배출구(35) 사이에 제공되고,- 상기 시이트 밸브(27)가 중공 원추형 밸브 시이트(24) 및 태핏(25)에 형성된, 반구형 폐쇄 부재(26)를 포함하고,- 상기 압력 매체 유입구(19)에 연결된 공급 홀(23)이 상기 밸브 시이트(24)내로 중심으로 뻗고,- 상기 시이트 밸브(27)를 개방시키는 작용을 하는 자기 아마추어(30)가 상기 태핏(25)에 맞물리고, 상기 자기 아마추어에는 태핏의 반대편에 폴 코어(42)가 할당되고,- 상기 자기 아마추어(30)에는 상기 시이트 밸브(27)를 폐쇄시키는 작용을 하는, 초기 응력을 받은 복귀 스프링(39)이 지지되는,특히 차량의 유압 브레이킹 시스템용 전자기 작동식 밸브(10)에 있어서,- 상기 공급 홀(23)의 직경(D1)이 상기 시이트 밸브(27)의 밀봉 직경(D2)에 거의 상응하고,- 상기 밸브 시이트(24)의 원추각(α)이 최대 75°이고,- 상기 밸브 시이트(24)로부터 배출된 압력 매체는 단 없이 상기 태핏(25)을 따라, 태핏(25)과 자기 아마추어(30) 사이의 둥근 전이부를 가진 방사 방향으로 연장된, 충분히 평탄한 자기 아마추어(30)의 전면(31)까지 안내될 수 있고,- 상기 자기 아마추어(30)와 상기 폴 코어(42)는 플랫 아마추어-원리에 따라 상호 작용하고,- 상기 밸브(10)의 자기 회로는, 상기 자기 아마추어(30)에 가해지며, 상기 폐쇄 부재(26)로 전달되는 자기력(FM)이 단 없이 변경될 수 있도록 형성되고, 상기 자기력의 곡선은 밸브 개방 행정(H)의 증가에 따라, 압력 매체에 의해 야기된, 폐쇄 부재(26) 및 자기 아마추어(30)에 작용하는 유압력(FP)과 함께 단조 상승하고,- 상기 복귀 스프링(39)에 의해 야기된 폐쇄 부재(26)에서의 힘(FF)은, 상기 힘이 밸브 개방 행정(H)의 증가에 따라 단조 상승하는 곡선을 가지는 방식으로 매칭되고, 상기 곡선의 포지티브 기울기가 자기- 및 유압력 곡선의 포지티브 기울기보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반구형 폐쇄 부재(26)가 단 없이 태핏(25)의 원통형 섹션(56)에 일체형으로 형성되고, 밸브 시이트의 반대편으로 상기 원통형 섹션에 작은 원뿔형을 가진 태핏(25)의 원추형 섹션(57)이 단 없이 이어지고, 상기 원추형 섹션에 전이 반지름(R2)으로 태핏(25) 및/또는 자기 아마추어(30)의 방사 방향으로 연장된 전면(31)이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
