Claims (16)
- 다수의 전극, 용매와 용질을 포함하는 유기전해질 및 상기 전극간에 이들간의 접촉을 방지하기 위하여 삽입되는 분리막을 포함하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매로서 PC(propylene carbonate) 및 아세토나이트릴(acetonitrile, AcN)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 용매가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용질로서 리튬염 및 암모늄염이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염 및 암모늄염의 혼합비가 몰비로 4:6 ∼6:4 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염이 LiBF4(lithium tetrafluoroborate), LiClO4(lithium perchlorate) 및 LiPF6(lithium hexafluorophosphate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암모늄염이 Et4NBF4(tetraethylammonium tetrafluoroborate), Et4NPF6(tetraethylammonium hexafluorophosphate), Et4NClO4(tetraethylammonium perclorate) 및 MeEt3NBF4(triethylmethylammonium tetrafluoroborate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기전해질에는 용매에 대하여 0.1∼2.0 몰(M) 농도의 용질이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극이 이산화망간으로 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 이산화망간이 비정질 이산화망간인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 집전체로서 니켈, 구리 또는 알루미늄을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 집전체가 알루미늄이고 원통형 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 전기화학 의사캐패시터.
- 다수의 전극, 유기 용매, 리튬염 및 암모늄염을 포함하는 유기전해질 및 상기 전극간에 이들간의 접촉을 방지하기 위하여 삽입되는 분리막을 포함하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 용매로서 PC(propylene carbonate) 및 아세토나이트릴(acetonitrile, AcN)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 용매가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염 및 암모늄염의 혼합비가 몰비로 4:6 ∼6:4 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염이 LiBF4(lithium tetrafluoroborate), LiClO4(lithium perchlorate) 및 LiPF6(lithium hexafluorophosphate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 암모늄염이 Et4NBF4(tetraethylammonium tetrafluoroborate), Et4NPF6(tetraethylammonium hexafluorophosphate), Et4NClO4(tetraethylammonium perclorate) 및 MeEt3NBF4(triethylmethylammonium tetrafluoroborate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
