Claims (5)
- 양전극 및 음전극으로 구성되는 전극부;상기 양전극과 음전극을 전기적으로 분리하는 세퍼레이터; 및소정의 전압이 인가되었을 때 상기 양전극와 상기 음전극의 표면에서 전기이중층이 형성되도록 상기 양전극와 음전극 사이의 이격공간에 채워지며 카보네이트계 용매와 리튬염, 암모늄염을 포함하는 용질, 및 점도를 낯추기 위한 PBS(1-Butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium nonafluorobutanesulfonate) 또는 POS(1-Butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium nonafluorooctanesulfonate)가 첨가되어 있는 전해질을 포함하는 하이브리드 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 카보네이트계 용매는 프로필렌 카보네이트, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트 중에서 하나 이상 선택된 것이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전해질의 농도는 1.0 ~ 2.5 mol/L인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양전극은 망간산 리튬(LiMn2O4)를 활물질로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음전극은 축전용량이 100 ~ 300 F/g을 가지는 활성탄을 활물질로 사용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전지.
