Claims (6)
- 양극전극 및 음극전극과;양극리드선 및 음극리드선과;상기 양극전극과 음극전극 사이에 위치하여 본 양극전극과 음극전극을 전기적으로 분리하기 위한 분리막과;상기 양극전극과 음극전극과 분리막을 수용하는 하우징과;상기 하우징 내에 수용되며 불화붕소 이온(BF4 -) 을 포함하는 전해액과;상기 양극리드선과 음극리드선이 각각 연결되는 양극단자 및 음극단자를 포함하며,상기 양극전극 및 음극전극은 집전체와 전극물질을 포함하여 구성되되,상기 양극전극 또는 음극전극 중의 하나의 전극물질은 수계용매용 바인더와 리튬 전이금속산화물을 포함하여 구성되며,나머지 전극의 전극물질은 활성탄을 포함하여 구성되며,상기 전극물질에 대한 밀도의 상관관계가 아래의 식을 만족시키고,2≤D1/D2≤4상기 전극 두께의 상관관계가 아래의 식을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.1.5≤T2/T1≤3D1(g/cc) : 수계용매용 바인더와 리튬 전이금속산화물을 포함한 전극물질의 밀도D2(g/cc) : 활성탄을 포함한 전극물질의 밀도T1(㎛) : 수계용매용 바인더와 리튬 전이금속산화물을 포함한 전극의 두께T2(㎛) : 활성탄을 포함한 전극의 두께

- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 전해액은 리튬이온 및 암모늄계열 이온을 양이온으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에너지 저장장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,수계용매용 바인더로 카르복시메틸셀룰로오즈 또는 알긴산 또는 폴리비닐알코올 또는 폴리비닐피롤리돈 또는 스티렌 부타디엔 고무 분산액 또는 플루오로탄소 분산액을 사용하는 에너지 저장장치.
