Claims (6)
- 루테늄산화물 또는 망간산화물을 포함하는 금속산화물로 이루어진 전극; 및상기 루테늄산화물 또는 망간산화물을 포함하는 금속산화물로 이루어진 전극과 접촉하면서 그 접촉면에서 전기적으로 이중층을 형성하는 황산칼슘 수용액으로 이루어진 전해액을 포함하는 금속산화물 의사캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황산칼륨 수용액의 농도는 0.1 내지 0.7 M 인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 의사캐패시터.

- 제1항에 있어서, 금속으로 이루어진 집전체(current collector)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 의사캐패시터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 집전체는 알루미늄, 스테인레스 스틸 또는 니켈 중 어느 하나의 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속산화물 의사캐패시터.
