Claims (16)
- 다수의 셀을 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 각 셀은밸브 메탈박을 에칭 처리하여 제조되는 양극;상기 양극의 일측 또는 양측에서 상기 양극과 마주보도록 구비되고, 알루미늄, 니켈, 구리, 스테인레스 스틸(stainless steel), 티타늄, 바나듐, 지르코늄, 네오븀, 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속으로 이루어지고, 상기 금속의 표면에 활성탄을 코팅하여 상기 양극보다 100배 이상의 용량을 나타내는 고용량 물질로 이루어진 음극; 및상기 양극과 상기 음극의 사이에 제공되어 상기 양극 및 상기 음극과 접촉하게 되는 전해질을 포함하는 콘덴서.

- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 전해질이 전기이중층 콘덴서용 전해질 또는 육플루오르화 인산 리튬(LiPF6)염, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 에틸렌 카보네이트(ethylene carbonate), 디에틸 카보네이트(diethyl carbonate) 및 디메틸 카보네이트(dimethyl carbonate)를 포함하는 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
