Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- (a) 분말층의 소정 부위상에 광선을 조사하여 소결층을 형성하는 단계;(b) 상기 소결층을 새로운 분말층으로 피복하는 단계;(c) 새로운 분말층의 소정 부위상에 광선을 조사하여, 아래에 위치한 소결층과 일체화 된 또 다른 소결층을 형성하는 단계;(d) 단계(b)∼(c)를 반복하여 서로 일체화되고, 삼차원대상물의 타겟형상의 크기보다 큰 크기를 갖는 복수의 소결층을 형성하는 단계; 및(e) 단계(d)동안에 형성된 성형대상물의 표면영역을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)에 앞서서,(a1) 삼차원 대상물의 하부구조를 구성하는 베이스를 소결테이블에 위치시키는 단계;(a2) 상기 베이스를 가공하는 단계; 및(a3) 상기 베이스를 광선 조사위치에 정렬시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (a1)에 앞서서,상기 베이스를 가공하는데 요구되는 시간과, 상기 베이스와 동일한 형상의복수의 소결층을 형성하는데 요구되는 시간을 비교하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제거된 표면영역은 상기 소결층에 분말재료가 점착하여 생성된 표면층의 두께보다 두꺼운 두께를 갖고, 이 표면층은 소결층 보다 밀도가 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 소결층은 표면영역의 제거에 의해 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면영역의 제거가 절삭에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 표면영역의 제거가 레이저에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(e)에 앞서서,제거될 부위상에 광선을 조사하여 이 부위를 연화시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(e)에 앞서서,표면영역이 제거된 성형대상물의 부위상에 광선을 조사하여 이 부위의 밀도를 증가시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,소결층 둘레의 비소결분말 또는 표면영역의 제거에 의해 생성된 절삭가루들이 단계(e)동안에 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(e)에 앞서서,상기 소결층 둘레의 비소결분말을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 단계(e)에 앞서서,비소결분말 또는 절삭가루가 제거된 공간으로 수지 또는 왁스를 충전하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계(e)에 앞서서,상기 비소결분말을 응고시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 비소결분말이 동결에 의해 응고되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 비소결분말이 수지 또는 왁스를 사용하여 응고되는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조방법.
- 분말층을 형성하기 위한 분말층 형성유니트;광선을 분말층의 소정 부위상에 조사하여 소결층을 형성하기 위한 소결층 형성장치;상기 소결층 형성유니트와 소결층 사이의 거리를 조절하기 위한 거리 조절기; 및소결층의 밀도보다 낮은 밀도의 표면층을 제거하기 위한 표면층 제거유니트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조장치.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 비소결분말 또는 상기 표면층제거 유니트에 의해 생성된 절삭가루를 배출하기 위해 상기 분말층 형성유니트에 매우 근접하여 유지되는 배출유니트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조장치.
- 제 16항에 있어서,비소결분말 또는 상기 표면층제거 유니트에 의해 생성된 절삭가루를 배출하기 위한 배출유니트를 더 포함하고, 상기 배출유니트는 성형될 각 평면의 등고선을 따라 상기 배출유니트를 이동하도록 작동하는 구동유니트를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼차원 대상물의 제조장치.
