Claims (12)
- 금속제 탭을 갖는 전지본체와, 최내층으로서 히트시일층을 갖고, 전지본체를 탭이 돌출하도록 수납하는 외장체로 이루어지고, 외장체는 주연이 히트시일에 의해 밀봉되어 주연부를 형성하고, 탭 중 외장체의 주연부에 대응하는 부분에 화성처리층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탭의 화성처리층은 인산 크로메이트처리에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탭의 화성처리층은 페놀수지를 함유하는 수지성분과, 몰리브덴, 티탄, 지르콘 등의 금속 또는 금속염을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탭의 화성처리층은 트리아진티올처리에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 외장체는 기재층, 접착층, 배리어층과 제1 화성처리층을 더욱 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 외장체는 접착층과 배리어층과의 사이에 형성된 제2 화성처리층을 더욱 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탭의 외주에 접착성 필름이 권착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지.
- 외장체에 수납된 전지본체에 형성되고, 외장체의 히트시일된 주연부로부터 외방으로 돌출하는 금속제의 전지용 탭에 있어서, 탭재와 탭재 표면에 있어서 외장체의 주연부에 대응하는 부분에 형성된 화성처리층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 탭.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 탭의 화성처리층은 인산크로메이트처리에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 탭.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 탭의 화성처리층은 페놀수지를 함유하는 수지성분과, 몰리브덴, 티탄, 지르콘 등의 금속 또는 금속염을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 탭.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 탭의 화성처리층은 트리아진티올처리에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 탭.
- 전지용 탭의 탭재로 되는 금속시이트를 준비하는 공정,금속시이트를 슬릿트해서 탭재를 제작하는 공정,탭재의 표리면 및 측면을 탈지하는 공정,탭재의 탈지된 부분에 대해서, 인산염, 크롬산, 불화물, 트리아진티올 화합물로부터 되는 용액을 도포하는 공정과이 용액을 건조시켜서 화성처리층을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 탭의 제조방법.
