Claims (2)
- 편심확경관 단부를 가진 금속관을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 단부를 소재 금속관의 축방향을 따라 편심측의 길이가 비편심측보다 긴 동축확경된 상태로 소성변형하기 위하여 상기 소재 금속관의 단부내로 동축확경펀치를 압입하는 단계;상기 소재 금속관으로부터 상기 동축확경펀치를 빼는 단계; 그리고비편심측보다 편심측에서 먼저 동축확경관 단부의 내부벽과 펀치원통부가 접촉하도록 선단원추부와 펀치원통부 사이의 경계선이 상기 소재 금속관의 반경방향에 대하여 소정의 각도로 경사진 상기 경계선을 가진 편심확경펀치를 상기 소재 금속관의 동축확경된 단부내에 압입하여 편심확경된 상태로 소성변형하는 상기 편심확경펀치를 압입하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편심확경관 단부를 가진 금속관의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 동축확경펀치는 소재 금속관의 축방향을 따라 펀치원통부의 길이가 비편심측보다 편심측에서 짧게 되는 각도로 선단원추부와 펀치원통부 사이에 경사진 경계선을 가지고 있으며, 상기 경계선의 경사방향은 편심확경펀치의 선단원추부와 펀치원통부 사이의 경계선의 경사방향과 반대인 것을 특징으로 하는 편심확경관 단부를 가진 금속관의 제조방법.
