Claims (11)
- R이 n-알킬 라디칼 또는 4-22 탄소 원자를 갖는 이소-알킬 라디칼, 3-18 탄소 원자를 갖는 알케닐 라디칼, 시클로알킬 라디칼, 아랄킬 라디칼, 또는 화학식 CmH2m+1(O-CnH2n)x, CmH2m+1(OOC-CvH2v)x, 또는 Z-C6H4(O-CnH2n)x인 라디칼,- 여기서 m은 1-22, n은 2-4, x는 1-15, v는 4 또는 5 및 Z는 1-12 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼 -인일반식 R-OH를 갖는 모노하이드록시 화합물을 1.5 - 5 배 과량의 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트와 반응시키고,반응 혼합물로부터 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트의 미반응 부분을 제거시키고,이렇게 생성된 모노이소시아네이트 애덕트를 R'이 라디칼 -CoH2o-(o=2-12), -(CpH2p-O-CpH2p)q (p=2-4, q=1-10),또는 이들의 혼합물인 화학식 H2N-R'-NH2을 갖는 디아민과 리튬 염의 존재하에서 비 양성자성 용매에서 반응시켜 요소 우레탄을 생성시키는 것을 수반하고,이 과정에서, 요소 우레탄을 제조하기 위하여 알코올 성분이 다른 적어도 두 가지의 구조적으로 상이한 모노이소시아네이트 애덕트를 디아민과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,요소 우레탄을 포함하고 요변성제로서 효과적인 용액의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 H2N-R'-NH2을 갖는 디아민으로서 제 1 항에서 특정된 디아민을 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 다음의 화학식을 갖는 파라-크실릴렌디아민으로 치환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,우선 적어도 2 가지의 구조적으로 다른 알코올 R-OH를 혼합한 후,이 혼합물을 1.5 - 5 배 과량의 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트와 반응시키고,톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트의 미반응 부분을 반응 혼합물에서 제거시킨 다음,생성된 구조적으로 다른 모노이소시아네이트 애덕트의 혼합물을 리튬 염의존재하에서 비 양성자성 용매에서 디아민과 반응시켜 요소 우레탄을 생성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,우선 적어도 2 가지의 구조적으로 다른 R-OH를 서로 분리시켜 따로따로 1.5 - 5 배 과량의 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트와 반응시키고,톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트의 미반응 부분을 반응 혼합물에서 제거시키고,이렇게 생성된 구조적으로 다른 모노이소시아네이트 애덕트를 서로 혼합시킨키고,생성된 구조적으로 다른 모노이소시아네이트 애덕트의 혼합물을 리튬 염의 존재하에서 비 양성자성 용매에서 디아민과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 구조적으로 다른 모노이소시아네이트 애덕트의 혼합물에서의 모노이소시아네이트 애덕트의 몰분률이 20 ~ 80% 이고, 모노이소시아네이트 애덕트의 몰분률의 총합이 100% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항에 있어서, 5 ~ 80 중량%의 고체 함량을 포함하는 용액을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항에 있어서, 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트의 몰과량이 2 ~4 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항에 있어서, 2,4-이성체를 50 ~ 100 중량% 포함하는 톨루일렌 디이소시아네이트 이성체 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징을 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항에 있어서, 디아민 당량에 기초하여 0.2 ~ 2 mol인 리튬 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항에 있어서, 리튬 염으로 LiNO3를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 요변성 코팅 조성물을 얻는데 있어서 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 용액의 용도.
