Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- a) 하나 이상의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지, 및 b) 하나 이상의 폴리스티렌 수지를 함유한 열가소성 조성물의 제조방법으로서, 유기 포스페이트 화합물을 함유한 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지의 농축물을 포함하고, 상기 농축물이 약 75 마이크론 크기 미만의 입자를 5 중량% 미만으로 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,농축물이 본질적으로 약 75 마이크론 크기 미만의 입자를 갖지 않는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,농축물이 농축물 중 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지의 중량을 기준으로 하여 유기 포스페이트 화합물 약 5 중량% 이상을 함유한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,농축물이 농축물 중 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지의 중량을 기준으로 하여 유기 포스페이트 화합물 약 15 중량% 이상을 함유한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,농축물이 농축물 중 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지의 중량을 기준으로 하여 유기 포스페이트 화합물 약 20 중량% 이상을 함유한 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지가 전체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 약 70 중량%로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기 포스페이트 화합물이 하기 화학식 1, 화학식 2, 화학식 3 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 방법:화학식 1화학식 2화학식 3상기 식에서,R1, R3및 R5는 독립적으로 탄화수소이고,R2, R4, R6및 R7은 독립적으로 탄화수소 또는 하이드로카본옥시이고,X1, X2및 X3은 할로겐이고,m 및 r은 0, 또는 1 내지 4의 정수이고,n 및 p는 1 내지 30이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기 포스페이트 화합물이페닐 비스도데실 포스페이트, 페닐비스네오펜틸 포스페이트, 페닐-비스(3,5,5'-트리-메틸-헥실 포스페이트), 에틸디페닐 포스페이트, 2-에틸-헥실디(p-톨릴) 포스페이트, 비스-(2-에틸헥실) p-톨릴포스페이트, 트리톨릴 포스페이트, 비스-(2-에틸헥실) 페닐 포스페이트, 트리-(노닐페닐) 포스페이트, 디(도데실) p-톨릴 포스페이트, 트리크레실 포스페이트, 트리페닐 포스페이트, 디부틸페닐 포스페이트, 2-클로로에틸디페닐 포스페이트, p-톨릴 비스(2,5,5'-트리메틸헥실) 포스페이트 및 2-에틸헥실디페닐 포스페이트로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,안정화제, 염료, 드립 방지제(drip suppresser), 안료 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 열가소성 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 조성물로부터 성형된 제품.
