Abstract

본 고안은 자동차의 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드 저면에 장착된 후드실의 스트립 단면 구조에 관한 고안이다.
본 고안 스트립은 고정부의 외단부 하부에는 스폰지로된 하부 날개를 부착하고 고정부 상부에는 합성고무재로 된 상부 날개를 부착하여 후드를 닫았을대, 하부 날개가 범퍼에 밀착되고 상부 날개는 하부 날개를 지긋이 눌러주게 한 것이다.

본 고안은 자동차 엔진룸을 개폐하는 후드(HOOD)의 내면에 장착되어 엔진룸 전방범퍼에 밀착되어 엔진 소음 발산 방지와 이물질 침입 방지 및 후드의 방진기능을 갖게되는 후드실 스트립(HOOD SEAL STRIP)의 단면 구조에 관한 것으로, 스트립의 범퍼와의 접촉 부분에 각각 다른 재질로된 접촉 날개를 형성하여 긴밀도를 높이고 마모를 방지하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
본 고안 스트립은 고정부의 재질을 고형체의 합성수지로 하고 두개의 날개를 구성함에 있어서, 외측 날개는 고형 연질 합성수지로 하고 내측 날개는 부드러운 스폰지로 형성하여, 탄성 유지와, 긴밀한 접촉 효과를 기대할 수가 있는 것이다.
종래 스트립의 구성을 보면, 고형 합성수지로된 고정부(2)에 스폰지로된 날개(3)에는 공간(4)이 형성 되어 있는 것이다. 그러나 이와같은 종래 스트립은 범퍼와 접촉되는 날개(3)가 스폰지 만으로 되어 있어서, 탄성이 미약하여 긴밀도를 유지할 수가 없으며, 쉽게 손상되는 폐단과 복원능력이 미약한 문제점이 있었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이와같은 문제점을 개선하기 위한 것으로, 본 고안의 구성 및 작용 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
고정부(2)를 갖는 스트립(1)에 있어서, 상기 고정부(2) 외단부 아래쪽에 스폰지로된 하부 날개(10)를 부착하고, 상기 고정부(2) 위쪽에는 스폰지로된 연결체(11)를 부착하여 이 연결체(11)에 고형체로된 상부 날개(12)를 부착하여서 된 것이다.
도면중 미설명 부호 20은 후드를 보인 것이다.
본 고안의 작용 효과를 설명 하기로 한다.
후드를 닫았을때, 고정부(2)의 아래쪽에 부착된 하부 스폰지 날개(10)가 범퍼에 접촉되고, 그 상부에 있는 고형체로된 상부 날개(12)가 하부 날개(10)를 눌러 주므로서, 긴밀한 접촉 효과를 얻을 수 가 있게 되고, 후드가 직접 누르는 것에 비하여 간접 압력을 받게 되어 하부 날개(10)의 복원력이 향상되고 수명이 연장되는 효과를 얻을 수 가 있는 것이다.

  1. 고정부(2)를 갖는 스트립(1)에 있어서, 상기 고정부(2) 외단부 아래쪽에 스폰지로된 하부 날개(10)를 부착하고, 상기 고정부(2) 위쪽에는 스폰지로된 연결체(11)를 부착하여 이 연결체(11)에 고형체로된 상부 날개(12)를 부착하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한 자동차 후드실 스트립의 단면 구조.
