Claims (10)
- 분산제, 안료 및 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 착색 수지 조성물에 있어서,상기 분산제는 하기의 화학식 1로 표시되며,[화학식 1]CnH2n+1(OCH2CH2)mOH(식 중, n은 1~100의 정수이고, m은 1~100의 정수이다.)상기 열가소성 수지는 메탈로센 폴리올레핀임을 특징으로 하는 착색 수지 조성물.
- 화학식 1로 표시되는 분산제, 안료, 물 및 메탈로센 폴리올레핀을 함유하는 혼합물에서 수분을 제거하여 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 수지 조성물.[화학식 1]CnH2n+1(OCH2CH2)mOH(식 중, n은 1~100의 정수이고, m은 1~100의 정수이다.)
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 폴리올레핀이 메탈로센 폴리에틸렌임을 특징으로 하는 착색 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 폴리올레핀이 40~120℃의 융점을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 착색 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 메탈로센 폴리올레핀이 0.87~0.91g/㎤의 밀도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 착색 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가 화학식 1에서 n은 26~50이고, m이 4~100인 것임을 특징으로 하는 착색 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가 60~120℃의 융점을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 착색 수지 조성물.
- 제 2항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 분산제의 수용액 또는 분산제의 수분산체에 안료 및 메탈로센 폴리올레핀을 첨가하여 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 착색 수지 조성물.
- 제 2항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물에서 물에 대한 분산제의 농도가 1~80 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 착색 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항의 착색 수지 조성물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 착색 수지 성형물품.
