Claims (2)
- 초경합금의 주성분인 W와 Co의 수용성염을 혼합하여 초기용액으로 제조한후 분무건조하여 시초분말을 제조하는 단계와,제조된 시초분말을 가열하여 염을 제거하는 탈염단계와,탈염된 산화분말을 카바이드와 혼합하는 볼밀링공정과,혼합된 초미립복합산화물을 비산화성 분위기에서 열처리하여 복합초경분말을 제조하는 침탄, 환원단계로 구성된 WC/Co/MC 초경합금 제조방법에 있어서,W와 Co 수용성염을 혼합시 입자성장 억제제성분을 포함하는 수용성염을 첨가혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 WC/Co/MC계 초경합금의 입자성장 억제제 첨가방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,입자성장 억제제는 V, Ta, Cr계인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화텡스텐/코발트계 초경합금의 입자성장 억제제 첨가방법.
