Claims (10)
- 차량의 스프링 스트럿용, 특히 조향 너클을 지지하는 스프링 스트럿용으로 코일 스프링 및 지지 베어링을 구비한 장치에 있어서,제1 축(x) 상에 중심 배치된 롤링 베어링(7)과,제1 축(x) 상에 중심 정렬되며 롤링 베어링(7)의 하부에 배치되어 상기 롤링 베어링을 수용하는 제1 수납체(6)와,제1 축(x)에 대해 소정 각도(a)만큼 설정된 힘 작용선(f)을 가지며, 롤링 베어링(7)을 향한 단부에 위치하여 제1 수납체(6)를 적어도 부분적으로 감싸는 코일 단부(17)를 포함하는 제1 부분(8)을 구비한 코일 스프링(1)을 포함하며,상기 코일 단부(17)는, 힘 작용선(f)과 제1 축(x)을 통해 연장되어 각도(b)를 이등분하는 제1 면(E1)에 대해 소정 각도(b)의 영역 내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코일 스프링(1)의 제1 부분(8)은 코일 단부(17)로부터 시작하며, 적어도 축(x)을 중심으로 소정의 루핑 각도(c)에 걸쳐 일정한 반경(r)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 루핑 각도(c)는 200도 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코일 스프링(1)의 제1 부분(8)이 루핑 각도(c)에 걸쳐, 축(x)에 대해 수직인 제2 면(E2) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 코일 스프링(1)의 제1 부분(8)의 반경(r)이 롤링 베어링(7)의 반경에 근접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코일 스프링(1)은 제1 부분(8)과 연결되어 직각으로 굽은 제2 부분(9)을 포함하며, 상기 제2 부분은 코일 스프링(1)의 반경을 확장시키며, 상기 제2 부분에서는 코일 스프링(1)이 제2 평면(E2)을 벗어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코일 스프링(1)의 제1 부분(8)과 수납체(6) 사이에는 하나의 댐핑체(5)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 롤링 베어링(7)이 트러스트 베어링으로서 또는 레이디얼 베어링으로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코일 스프링과 축(x)의 힘 작용선(f)에 의해 연장되는 제1 평면(E1)을 둘러싸는 각도(b)는 30도이며, 상기 각도 내에 코일 단부(17)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코일 단부(17)는 제1 축(x)에 대한 힘 작용선(f)의 설정부를 향한 측면에 또는 상기 설정부에 대향한 측면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
