Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "ARRANJO COM UMA MOLA HELICOIDAL E UM MANCAL DE APOIO PARA PERNAS AMORTECEDORAS". A presente invenção refere-se à disposição de uma mola helicoidal 1 e de um mancal de apoio 2 para pernas amortecedoras 3, especialmente para pernas amortecedoras 3 portando mangas de eixo de roda de um automóvel. A perna amortecedora 3 compreende um amortecedor, um mancal de rolamento 7 com um eixo x, um corpo de assento 6, que é disposto abaixo do mancal de rolamento 7, abrigando este, e uma mola helicoidal 1. A mola helicoidal 1 possui uma linha de efeito dinâmico f que incide num ângulo a sobre o eixo x do mancal de rolamento 7. A mola helicoidal 1 possui ainda um primeiro segmento 8 que, partindo do final da volta 17, enrola o corpo de assento 6, estando em contato com este. No caso, o final da volta 17 da mola helicoidal 1 é disposto na área do plano E~ 1~, formado pela linha de efeito dinâmico f e pelo eixo x. Com esta execução alcança-se que as forças axiais que agem a partir da mola helicoidal 1 sobre o mancal de rolamento 7 possuem um máximo na área da linha de efeito dinâmico f das forças transversais que agem sobre o mancal de rolamento 7.
