第1図は、従来のストラット形サスペンション用軸受を
示す縦断面図、第2図は、この考案の実施例を示す半縦
断面図、第3図は、この考案の他の実施例を示す半縦断
面図、第4図は、この考案のさらに他の実施例を示す縦
断面図である。 図中、10はピストンロンド、11は上部コイルばね座
、14は防振ゴムマウント部、30はシェル形玉軸受、
33は回転軌道輪、34は固定軌運輸、35は玉、37
.38.39は、それぞれ回転軌道輪の円筒部、外向き
フランジ、外径側端縁部、41,42,43は、それぞ
れ固定軌道輪の円筒部、内向きフランジ、内径側端縁部
である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1)回転軌道輪をショックアブソーバの上部コイルば
    ね座とともピストンロンドに固定し、固定軌道輪を車体
    側の防振ゴムマウント部に固定してなるストラット形サ
    スペンション用軸受において、前記軸受を、内径側に円
    筒部と該円筒部の端縁の外向きフランジとを有する回転
    軌道輪と、外径側に円筒部と該円筒部の端縁の内向きフ
    ランジとを有する固定軌道輪との間に玉を配列して、回
    転軌道輪の円筒部の外向きフランジを固定軌道輪の内径
    側端縁部の外側に重ね合わせ、固定軌道輪の円筒部の内
    向きフランジを回転軌道輪の外径側端縁部の外側に重ね
    合わせて非分離状に組み合わせたシェル形玉軸受として
    構成し、前記軸受の回転軌道輪の円筒部をショックアブ
    ソーバのピストンロンドに、固定軌道輪を車体側に、そ
    れぞれ固定したことを特徴とするストラット形サスペン
    ション用軸受。 、(2)固定軌道輪の内径側端縁部に、軸方向に折り曲
    げられた屈折部分が成形されている実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第1項記載のストラット形サスペンション用軸受。 (3)回転軌道輪の内径側端縁部に、回転軌道輪とは別
    体のブツシュが円筒部として係止されている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第1項記載のストラット形サスペンション
    用軸受。 (4)回転軌道輪の円筒部の外周面に、固定軌道輪の内
    径側端縁部の端面、もしくは内径側端縁部の屈折部分の
    内周面が近接して組み合わせである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかに記載のストラット
    形サスペンション用軸受。 (5)回転軌道輪の円筒部の外向きフランジと、固定軌
    道輪の内径側端縁との間の軸方向すき間が、固定軌道輪
    の円筒部の内向きフランジと回転軌道輪の外径側端縁部
    との間の軸方向すき間よりも小さく設定されている実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のストラット形サスペン
    ション用軸受。 (6)  回転軌道輪の円筒部の外向きフランジと、固
    定軌道輪が固定された防振ゴムマウント部のプレートと
    の間の軸方向すき間が、固定軌道輪の円筒部の内向きフ
    ランジと回転軌道輪の外径側端縁部との間の軸方向すき
    間よりも小さく設定されている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第2項または第3項に記載のストラット形サスペンショ
    ン用軸受。 (7)  シーr−ル形玉軸受が、アンギュラコンタク
    ト玉軸受である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第
    6項のいずれかに記載のストラット形サスペンション用
    軸受。
