Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 2개의 주요 면을 갖고, 상기 주요 면 중 적어도 한 면에 퇴적된 제 2중합체의 접착성, 연속성, 다공성 제 2층을 갖는 제 1중합체의 다공성, 불활성 제 1적층물층을 포함하며, 상기 제 2중합체층은 해리 리튬 이온을 갖는 리튬 화합물을 함유하고, 상기 적어도 2개의 층은 복합 다공성 구조를 형성하며, 상기 복합 다공성 구조는 용해된 리튬염을 함유하는 유기 액체에 의해 함침되는 충전가능한 리튬 배터리용 복합 전해질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2중합체의 접착, 다공성 제 2층이 부분적으로 상기 다공성, 불활성 제 1중합체 적층물층의 기공에 침투하는 전해질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1중합체가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리알켄의 배합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 전해질.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 다공성, 불활성 제 1중합체 적층물층이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리알켄의 배합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단일층 또는 복수층의 중합성 화합물을 포함하는 전해질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2중합체가 폴리에틸렌 옥시드, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE) 및 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 전해질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 해리 리튬 이온을 갖는 상기 리튬 화합물이 리튬 트리플레이트, 리튬 보로헥사플루오라이드, 리튬 포스포헥사플루오라이드, 리튬 아르세노플루오라이드 및 리튬 퍼클로레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 전해질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 액체에 용해된 상기 리튬염이 리튬 트리플레이트, 리튬 보로헥사플루오라이드, 리튬 포스포헥사플루오라이드, 리튬 아르세노플루오라이드 및 리튬 퍼클로레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 전해질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 액체가 에틸렌 카르보네이트, 디-메틸 카르보네이트, 메틸-에틸 카르보네이트, 프로필렌 카르보네이트 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 전해질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전기 영동, 증착법, 상기 제 2중합체의 현탁액의 코팅 및 상기 제 2중합체의 에멀젼에 상기 다공성, 불활성 제 1중합체 적층물을 침지시키는 방법으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 방법에 의해 상기 제 2중합체의 상기 접착성, 연속성, 다공성 제 2층이 상기 제 1중합체의 상기 다공성, 불활성 제 1적층물층의 적어도 한 면에 퇴적되는 전해질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 다공성 구조가 3층으로 형성되고, 제 3층이 상기 다공성, 불활성 제 1중합체 적층물층의 주요 면 중 다른 면에 상기 제 2중합체가 퇴적된 다른 접착성, 연속층인 전해질.
- 양극; 음극; 및2개의 주요면을 갖고, 상기 주요 면 중 적어도 하나에 제 2중합체가 퇴적된 접착성, 연속성, 다공성 제 2층을 갖는 제 1중합체의 다공성, 불활성 제 1적층물층을 더 포함하는 복합 전해질을 포함하고, 상기 제 2중합체층은 해리 리튬 이온을 갖는 리튬 화합물을 함유하며, 2개 이상의 층이 복합 다공성 구조를 형성하고, 상기 복합 다공성 구조는 용해된 리튬염을 함유하는 유기 액체에 의해 함침되는 충전가능한 리튬 배터리.
