【解決手段】正極活物質24を含有する第一の蒸着重合膜層26にて構成された正極層12と、負極活物質28を含有する第二の蒸着重合膜層30にて構成された負極層14とが、リチウムイオン伝導性を有する第三の蒸着重合膜層32にて構成された固体電解質層16を介して積層された積層体18を有するように構成した。

Claims (4)
- 正極層と負極層とが固体電解質層を介して積層された積層体を有するリチウムイオン二次電池であって、
前記正極層が、正極活物質を含有する第一の蒸着重合膜層にて構成される一方、前記負極層が、負極活物質を含有する第二の蒸着重合膜層にて構成され、更に、前記固体電解質層が、リチウムイオン伝導性を有する第三の蒸着重合膜層にて構成されていることを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記第一の蒸着重合膜層と前記第二の蒸着重合膜層とが、それぞれ電子伝導性を有している請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記正極層と前記固体電解質層との間に、前記第一の蒸着重合膜を構成する重合体と、前記第三の蒸着重合膜層を構成する重合体とが混在する第一の混合層が形成されていると共に、該第一の蒸着重合膜層を構成する重合体の該第一の混合層内での含有率が、該第一の蒸着重合膜層側から該第三の蒸着重合膜層側に向かって漸減する一方、該第三の蒸着重合膜層を構成する重合体の該第一の混合層内での含有率が、該第一の蒸着重合膜層側から該第三の蒸着重合膜層側に向かって漸増している請求項1又は請求項2に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記負極層と前記固体電解質層との間に、前記第二の蒸着重合膜を構成する重合体と、前記第三の蒸着重合膜層を構成する重合体とが混在する第二の混合層が形成されていると共に、該第二の蒸着重合膜層を構成する重合体の該第二の混合層内での含有率が、該第二の蒸着重合膜層側から該第三の蒸着重合膜層側に向かって漸減する一方、該第三の蒸着重合膜層を構成する重合体の該第二の混合層内での含有率が、該第二の蒸着重合膜層側から該第三の蒸着重合膜層側に向かって漸増している請求項1乃至請求項3のうちの何れか1項に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
