Claims (8)
- 에너지빔의 제1 파워레벨에서 제1 상태로, 상기 제1 파워레벨보다 높은 제3 파워레벨에서 제2 상태로 하는 것이 가능한 기록매체를 사용하고, 상기 에너지빔과 상기 기록매체를 상대적으로 이동시켜 상기 에너지빔을 조사하여 정보를 상기 기록매체에 기록하는 정보의 기록방법으로서,상기 에너지빔을 상기 제1 파워레벨에서 상기 제1 파워레벨보다 높고 상기 제3 파워레벨보다 낮은 제2 파워레벨로 상승시키고 상기 제2 파워레벨에서 상기 제3 파워레벨로 상승시켜 상기 제2 상태를 형성하고,상기 제2 파워레벨로 상승시키는 위치를 상기 제2 상태의 전에 있는 상기 제1 상태의 길이에 따라서 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 상태는 스페이스부이고, 상기 제2 상태는 마크부인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 상태에 있는 최단마크부를 상기 제3 파워레벨의 1개의 펄스를 조사하는 것에 의해 형성하고,상기 제2 상태에 있는 최단마크부보다 긴 마크부를 상기 제3 파워레벨에 도달하는 여러개의 펄스를 조사하는 것에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 파워레벨의 펄스를 조사한 직후, 상기 제1 파워레벨보다 낮은 제4 파워레벨의 펄스를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
- 에너지빔의 제1 파워레벨에서 제1 상태로, 상기 제1 파워레벨보다 높은 제3 파워레벨에서 제2 상태로 하는 것이 가능한 기록매체를 사용하고, 상기 에너지빔과 상기 기록매체를 상대적으로 이동시켜 상기 에너지빔을 조사하여 정보를 상기 기록매체에 기록하는 정보의 기록방법으로서,상기 제2 상태를 형성할 때에는 상기 에너지빔을 상기 제1 파워레벨에서 상기 제1 파워레벨보다 높고 상기 제3 파워레벨보다 낮은 제2 파워레벨로 상승시키고 상기 제2 파워레벨에서 상기 제3 파워레벨로 상승시키고,상기 제2 파워레벨을 조사하는 시간을 상기 매체의 냉각속도, 상기 에너지빔과 상기 매체의 상대속도, 상기 에너지빔의 반경과 상기 제2 상태의 길이의 관계 중의 어느 하나에 따라서 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 상태는 스페이스부이고, 상기 제2 상태는 마크부인 것을 특징으로하는 정보의 기록방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제2 상태에 있는 최단마크부를 상기 제3 파워레벨의 1개의 펄스를 조사하는 것에 의해 형성하고,상기 제2 상태에 있는 최단마크부보다 긴 마크부를 상기 제3 파워레벨에 도달하는 여러개의 펄스를 조사하는 것에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제2 파워레벨의 펄스를 조사한 직후, 상기 제1 파워레벨보다 낮은 제4 파워레벨의 펄스를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
