- 에너지빔의 제1 파워레벨에서 제1 상태로 하고, 상기 제1 파워레벨보다 높은 제2 파워레벨에서 제2 상태로 하는 것이 가능한 기록매체를 사용하고, 상기 에너지빔과 상기 기록매체를 상대적으로 이동시켜 상기 에너지빔을 조사하여 정보를 상기 기록매체에 기록하는 정보의 기록방법으로서,상기 제1 파워레벨의 파워를 조사한 후에 상기 제2 파워레벨의 펄스를 조사하고, 상기 제1 파워레벨의 파워를 조사하는 시간을 상기 레이저빔과 상기 기록매체의 상대속도에 따라서 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제1 상태는 결정상태이고, 상기 제2 상태는 비결정상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 에너지빔은 상기 제1 파워레벨보다 낮은 제3 파워레벨을 더 갖고, 상기 제2 파워레벨의 파워와 상기 제3 파워레벨의 파워를 교대로 조사하는 것에 의해 상기 기록매체에 기록마크를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보의 기록방법.
