Claims (2)
- 계속하여 가열을 하더라도 물이 줄어 들지 않고, 제조기 내부의 온도가 90도 전후를 유지하는 제조기 내에 일정한 양의 물을 붓고 물에 닿지 않게 물 윗부분에 채반을 놓은 후, 채반 위에 백삼(껍질을 벗기지 않은 피부백삼 포함)을 놓고 일정한 온도, 즉 섭씨 90도 전후로 하여 약 24시간 증삼한 후 채반을 제거하고 제조된 홍삼에 물을 부어 달여 홍삼 엑기스를 만드는 방법
